I entered my name, number and city several times, I didn't realise it only searched if you put the full address of the store in. I am very disappointed, and I will think twice before ordering online with you again. And now I have to jump thru too many hoops to leave a comment, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

I made a purchase that I shortly after regretted, Games Workshop were really helpful and gave me a full refund without any issue. Really nice company.

I was only missing a singular part and within a few hours I not only had a response but they sent me an entirely new set

UPDATED REVIEW: GW Customer service escalated to higher up and resolved the issue, annoying to have to go through it in the first place but appreciated that it got resolved!

Redeemed a voucher, all went through fine, waited several days for no delivery, looked in my account only to find the order had glitched and no order was placed, went to reorder the item with the same voucher which went through with an order number and success message, to then have the order immediately refunded, customer support refused to honour the voucher although it was redeemed in date on the first order, supplied screenshots of the voucher in use but Games workshop really couldnt care less about their customer, if it hurts their bottom line then you DO NOT exist to them, a true example of a greedy company ONLY interested in money and not the people who make it for them

Passion, history of tabletop fantasy wargames, masters of painting miniatures. This website is perfect for the easy way to order, to aknowlege all the core infos about Gamesworkshop and Warhammer brand. I ordered a lor of minis here, never had problems. And if i would ever have any, i am pretty sure the assistance will be quick and efficent.

Commande faite en magasin, comme toujours ils sont à l'écoute, donnent de bons conseils autant en peinture qu'en armée.

In 26 years I only required customer service a handful of times and each time was a great experience. I am treated as a person, by a person. The communication and offered solution are always superb as well as the assistance offered in getting to that solution. Games Workshop has come a long way from the corporate, ivory tower management it used to be. There is still room for improvement, but not in the customer service. That is absolutely peak!

Lots of pop-ups, or was my browser having a spat. Didn't want to do this but it offered to keep the chaos at bay.

Honestly the only thing to complain about is wishing they had comics for lore or dedicated graphic novels for each chapters / factions available for dummies. I have just started to enjoy Warhammer 40k and I do not have any figures!

The prices through games workshop maybe a little higher than going through some of the discount retailers but never once has anything I have ordered has been damaged they they all game in perfect condition. I did receive one item a wave serpent that was missing a window I had told them about through customer service and they sent not just the missing cockpit window but full wave serpent kit I was only expecting the window that was such astounding customer service I really can't complain about the higher prices because it comes with the guarantee that your items are covered and that's great business

I don't use the webstore often, but when I have done,it's been quick and easy to navigate.

Site en ligne accessible et facile de navigation. Produits de très belle qualité. Bonne réactivité en cas de questions/demandes. Échanges en français malgré l'entreprise anglaise, c'est appréciable.
