Warhammer store leaves much to be desired
Warhammer asked too much personal information. A birth date should not be needed and a phone number should be optional.
And checking out with a guest account does not enable you to redeem a voucher, so creating an account is forced to use a voucher.
And finally a shop to deliver outside of the UK can only be selected after changing the country on the website.
The shopping experience was unnecessarily complex and user unfriendly.

As identity was confirmed they removed the item from my cart and told me it was out of stock...

Such is the power of warhammer
Everything I order arrives either on time or earlier than expected. Customer support is great and is quick to fix any issues. Only issues are the high price for products but it's something that everything is essentially becoming, and the scalpers buying all the limited stock items and up charging it, but that's solved by items becoming made to order as they are now.
All in all, Games Workshop isn't all that bad.

Carlisle's Poor Service
Was ignored in the Carlisle shop after purchasing paints. The server (Jacob) was more interested in moving on to the next peron rather than explaining a promotion. Lesson has been learned and I will avoid warhammer going forward

An issue with my new set
There was an issue with the set i bought. It was missing a base so I contacted GW support to ask if they would send me a replacement. Just a quick email and no push back, they were happy to help. They did not have the individual part in stock so sent me an entirely new box of minis. I'm blown away by that. Thanks GW!

Good product listing, so-so checkout.
Webstore has a thorough list of items, including the ability to notify when out-of-stock items become available. The checkout process seems prone to timeouts/crashing, leading to issues completing an order.
