Very helpful when my blanket developed a fault after the guarantee period. Good company to deal with - do what they say they are going to do!

They have sent me a replacement controller that does not work. I have asked for a refund, they responded yesterday by asking me for more information about my complaint. I gave full information about how I had tested the new controller with my dual electric blanket, how it does not work and that I have tested it against my existing (old) controller that does work. I therefore asked for a refund. This was yesterday. I have not heard anything since then! Very poor service. One star because they replied to my email. However, since making this review, they have emailed to say that they are sending me a full refund (could take up to 10 days to appear in my bank account). So, they have done something - I'll give them 2 stars for that. It does make me wonder though - why didn't they send me a replacement controller? Do they not have any working controllers?

Controller stopped working after 1 days use

Only had this blanket a few weeks and iv had to buy a replacement controller for one side has it wasn't warming up... disappointed because this under blanket wasn't cheap....

I’ve had to replace the controller several times at a cost of £15 each time. I’ve concluded that it’s a waste of money and decided not to replace them again. I will not recommend this product to anyone

They said I ordered a replacement plug , why would I I don't have a blanket in the first place, then to charge me to return ,I can assure you that neither me my family and friends will ever use your company again, and I will let you know when I post your item back ,I can't say it's been a pleasure and your customer services needs a rebuilt
