I brought the electric blanket for my friend and husband and they were so pleased with the purchase.

The warm blanket is everything I expected. Arrived in good time shame that Evri who delivered it didn’t knock on the door as it was raining and boxes where cardboard so got bit soggy. Apart from that the throws heat up quickly and are comfortable to wrap you up.

I bought the xl coral heated throw to use in the winter months when it gets really cold. It was received very quickly and well packaged etc unfortunately after following the instructions to the letter it didn’t work. I emailed them and explained everything and it was no problem whatsoever, I was provided with a prepaid shipping label and once they had received it, which was only 48 hours, a replacement was sent out to me right away. I am very impressed with their service and the quality of the throw, needless to say the new one is working perfectly and is lovely and warm. Well worth the money.😊

We have bought 2 controllers that after a couple of uses they have stopped working.

Delivery was prompt. The fitted blanket was easy to put on the bed.The instructions were clear and the controllers are easy to use.The blanket is very comfortable and the heat is perfect.

Early days yet but the blanket fits well and heats up quickly. Good price considering the quality and very quick delivery.

Blanket came the next day and was exactly what I wanted. Heats up quickly and the skirt fits well over the mattress. Price was extremely competitive.
Only slight negative is there's no timer, therefore it's on or off, no capacity for switch off in an hour for example.

I would give the blanket itself 5 stars it is excellent. The only snag I had was with the delivery.

They do not do normal returns as we are all used to. I wouldn't recommend this company. If you need to return a part of the order prepare yourself for writing many emails and waiting for weeks to be served. Also prepare to be ignored. I have been waiting for instructions to send my return for ten days!
The blanket came without delivery notes and no return labels with them. One original package box was all ripped and jammed.
