trash dont bother with this blanket. the blanket hardly heats up and when it does it drops down to level 3 after half an hour which u can barely feel.. ive asked for a refund, they said they would send me a return label, they have not sent me a return label and they are ignoring my mail.. will get a refund from my credit card as warned

Sorry, but I purchased this item for a warmer blanket I bought 11 months ago, this item has now also failed. Which suggests an issue with the blanket. I contacted your customer service under the 1 year warranty and gave had zero response.

The blanket was a good price and prompt delivery and good communication throughout but unfortunately it wasn't delivered in another cardboard box hiding what it was and my husband took delivery of his now not so secret christmas present !!- Hence 1 star missing

I absolutely love my warmer blanket. Its my essential winter treat and I would not be without it. Its so lovely to get into a warm bed when the temperature drops. I chose this one because it has dual control and a deep fitted skirt so it sits tight on your mattress. It's fab and highly recommend

Good electric blanket. Ordering was easy. Delivery was good. Blanket works well. This blanket was end to end, top to bottom heating, fits the whole mattress, which is what we wanted. Many only heat the central area of the bed.

Arrived very promptly and is exactly as per description. Warms up quickly, easy to use, warms the length of the bed from below pillow line right to the foot end and fits over my deep mattress.

Incorrectly listed blanket, listed as not needing ties, but came with bulky mattress ties. Zero response from customer service from multiple emails, phone calls, web chat and web-form.
Avoid.

Nice electric under blanket. much better way of fitting with the sewn in valance rather than lengths of cord to tie the electric blanket down on to the mattress. Kept updated along the way but it was a quick delivery anyway

Very pleased with my electric blanket. Lovely feeling to get in a prewarmed bed . Had kingsize and fits our bed perfectly. On my bed I have a mattress protector and the electric blanket fits on top of that but under the bed sheet.The blanket has a soft top finish to it so making it very snuggly so you can hardly feel the wires. As other people have said sometimes you do feel the plug just below pillow height but its not a issue with me. Have fitted it to my Alexa plug making switching on simple.
Get one, you won't be disappointed.

I was really annoyed when the controller for my heated blanket died. It started smoking while plugged in at the wall, stopped working and was quite scary. I was really pleased to see that I could easily buy a replacement as with other products this hasn't been so easy as models upgrade quickly. Anyway, I paid the £20 replacement and within a couple of days I received the controller and was back under my heated blanket.
