Arrived promptly, and was packaged well. It’s brilliant, so glad I went for the bigger size. It covers both my knees and is a godsend helping ease the pain with them. It heats up really quickly. An all round good purchase, you won’t be disappointed.

Good value product, works well. Delivery free and via Royal Mail so it arrived, and quickly, as other companies don't seem to able to find the house.

We are very pleased with the Warmer electric blanket. Our model is King size and has two separate controls. This allows for separate adjustment and lower current per side. I think this will give better long term reliability.

We ordered 2 heated items. Both controllers failed and despite seeking to get replacement items the company failed to respond. Multiple times. The product was sub standard and service non existent
