Thank you so much for your review and order with Washroomhub.
Facial Mug Shot taken by delivery driver.
Delivered promptly and updated by text.
However NOT at all HAPPY I was photographed holding the parcel by your delivery driver.
It felt like having my mug shot taken by the police.
A signature for receipt would be much better approach.

Resposta da Washroom Hub
Good morning,
Thank you for your review. We are so pleased to hear you are happy with our prompt delivery and hope the product is also satisfactory.
Unfortunately all courier drivers now take images to show a successful delivery. This helps companies in the odd case of a reported loss of goods/damage and unfortunately theft.
We understand this may have felt personal but please be assured this is standard practice for all delivery companies and your image will only stay on the couriers private data base for a few weeks before it is removed and deleted.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope you can reconsider this feedback based on this information.
Have a great day.
Kind regards,
Jade
