No returns on ordered items
Ordered a watch for my son,I have to say i would highly recommend as I got the watch at a really good price,great communication and arrived ahead of schedule .The only negative I have is that with it being an ordered item there is no return policy and if he had the option my son would have exchanged it ,but overall I would use watch buyers uk again

Thank you for your kind words and we are very happy that you are happy. You only need to contact us about exchange and we could of helped. We do have a clause in our terms and conditions whereby we reserve the right to ask you to opt out of the distance selling regulations for bespoke orders. If we ask you to do this then we will send you a separate contract which I can see we have not done. We only wish to protect ourselves from ordering, for example, 10 x Pink £20000 hard to sell watches for someone to try on as we cannot return them and this would cause a company like ours financial problems. This is because we buy at discount in the trade and would not be able to return the 10 x Pink £20000 models so would be left out of pocket.
We would like to say though that many people don't read the Terms and Conditions and we salute you for taking the time, however, we would happily have clarified this for you

Like others a little wary at first. However I found their service up there with the best. Great advice given as I was choosing between a brand new and previously worn. Great price and service from the guys
Great price and service from the guys. Was worried I had received the wrong box with the watch. The guys at Watchbuyers quickly researched and confirmed I had the correct box and supplied the documentation to prove it was all right.
Would definitely recommend them to others and will use them for future purchases as the watch was much cheaper than others.

Disappointing Experince!
I ordered a watch, paid 50% upfront and had to chase to get any updates and when I finally asked, was told that they had received 3 orders for the same watch and managed to fulfill one (not mine!) and was given my money back.
All in all, a rather disappointing experience and expected better!

We are very sorry for your experience. We did receive 3 orders and due to a lack of stock production we could only fulfil the 1st order as we had to choose a first come first served policy. In the discounted watch business it is not possible to dictate and control stock and delivery timetables as we, and in turn the customer, rely on the goodwill of our suppliers and their prices. We tried and tried to find the model you ordered within our network, and outside, and there was simply no stock. We did offer you the same watch with a different strap and understand you not wanting this and we did promise to contact you as stock became available however we thought it was better to refund your money in the short term. It looks like we did message you about a delay in delivery estimates because of the Easter break and then again in response to your later message. Our sincere apologies once again though. We understand your disappointment and hope one day we can make good.

Not too good to be true !
Not too good to be true ! Quite suspicious at the begining, this is by reading comments on trustpilot and thanks to all and quick information I received for my question on the website that I've been convinced. In result, got my watch even 2 weeks faster than expected and all in order (box, papers, ...). I definitly recommend and can't wait to be ready for a next purchase !

Excellent buy
Excellent buy, was unsure at first with the large on street price difference. Probably a couple of grand cheaper. Arrived brand new, with sealed box and all authorisation papers.
Would definitely use again.
