Great honest service
Very good, paid for a watch online,then they rang me the next day to say it’s going to 6-8 weeks for delivery I didn’t want to wait that long so I asked for a refund and it was back in my bank the next day! Great honest service!

I was initially dubious about using…
I was initially dubious about using this site as i had previously only used a competitor with a similar name.
I made a call and spoke to a very helpful informative salesperson. Explained the rationale behind he very competitive pricing on my Hublot etc. Very reasonable timescales for delivery etc. I placed my order online there after. The watch came within 3 weeks of order. Very secure safe packaging, and i am very pleased that i have found this company and will be using and recommending again.

I brought 2 Tudor black bay 41mm models…
I bought 2 Tudor black bay 41mm models from them, one black and one burgundy both on leather straps for myself and my brother.
The price was very competitive however they took long to arrive. It was advertised that the products would reach us within 28 days. The burgundy watch arrived at about that time with the black arrived a couple days before. Of course the timeframe was within what was stated and thus was not an issue, the reason that I rate the service 3 stars is that I got little to no communication about my order. I had to request an update on more than one occasion which is simply not good enough when I have paid over £4k on two items.
I do like to get a good deal however the feeling of going into a boutique to buy a new high end watch like the previous Rolex I bought is quite simply worth the extra penny. I would not spend thousands again buying online. My advice to you is spend the extra cash and enjoy the experience of buying a luxury timepiece.

Looking at your order, we can see that it was first placed on 2nd February and was dispatched on 26th/28th February. We can see that we advised delivery was going to be up to 28 days when you asked a few hours later. We hope you also got the automated message our system sends to acknowledge your order. After we have ordered a watch we cannot get day to day updates. We order, we are given an estimate and then the watch will arrive. We can see you asked for an update on the 18th of February and we informed you the watches were estimated to be a week away which proved accurate. We are very grateful for your business and understand you eagerness to get them. We hope you do use us again as more often than not delivery is around the 2 week mark or less. However we try not to give unrealistic estimates as this can cause more disappointment. Thanks again for the honest and detailed review.

Fantastic service. Amazing prices. All of my communication was either by email or phone and what a pleasure it was. Adam was my point of contact who is an absolute gent. Even with my constant emailing and phone calls, he was always patient and understanding of my needs. The purchase was very smooth and easy. No problems at all. The watch was delivered extremely well packaged and protected from the rigours of the postal system. I have no hesitation in recommending Watch Buyers UK and would definitely use them again.

Great service, very helpful and quick delivery. The watch was received within seven days (very well packaged) from placing the order despite being sourced from Italy. Other watch sellers were quoting 8-12 weeks.
Would definitely use agin.
