Unseriös und verlogen!

Erst jetzt komme ich dazu eine Bewertung über Watchmaster abzugeben! Ich musste mich erst von den Gepflogenheiten befassen mit der das Unternehmen seine Geschäfte abwickelt. Die Bewertung mit einen Stern ist schon eigentlich zu hoch für dieses Unternehmen! Abzocke ohne Ende! Leider wäre der Bericht über meine negativen Erfahrungen mit Watchmaster zu umfangreich! Daher kann ich nur eine Empfehlung mit dem Hinweis weitergeben: Finger weg von Watchmaster!

After two watches were stolen from me, this company is still visible online.
But isn't that shameful?
You are enjoying our money, we hope you will all use it in medicine.
You did really well, you evaded all of us without problems and you were already prepared for the worst by putting the company into liquidation.
Excellent, really good, not even Lupen is as strong as you.

Nice watches...but no customer service

Watchmaster is advertising about a used Tudor Advisor that I'd like to buy (I'm based in France)- unfortunately, during the checkout process, i'm getting the message that "This item is currently not available in your location - sorry for any inconvenience caused.", despite Watchmaster claiming that items can be shipped to any EU location. I tried to call Watchmaster both French and UK numbers, no success. I opened a ticket (00476656) on March 9th - still no news or feedback. I don't think Watchmaster has a serious customer service organization.

Further to previous review of Jaeger…

Further to previous review of Jaeger LeCoultre master compressor chronograph. I received the watch yesterday after a delay due to repair and service at JLC.

The watch is in fantastic condition, looks like new and I’m extremely happy with the price that I paid and the service that I have received. My thanks to Ender who has been dealing with the sale and also Jayden.

Des arnaqueurs !!

Des arnaqueurs !!! Prennent des commissions abusives fictives !! Une remise en état à 170 euros d’une montre neuve qui sort des ateliers
Plus personne pour vous répondre au téléphone! Tellement plus facile de faire des mails pour vous expliquer qu’ils sont sous gestion …
CETTE SOCIÉTÉ EST CUITE ET NE MAÎTRISE PLUS RIEN
ELLE NE CHERCHE QUE DES LIQUIDITÉS AU DÉTRIMENT DES VENDEURS

Nach dem Diebstahl vom November, von welchem Ich auch betroffen bin, kam jetzt eine email welche aussagt dass sich eine Kanzlei bei mir melden wird um mir mitzuteilen wie ich meine Forderungen geltend machen kann. Ich finde das Vorgehen von Watchmaster unterirdisch und bin sehr entaeuscht !

I agree with the other recent reviews as they are holding my Rolex submariner since may 22 They promise you a good price then get you to reduce it. I’ve had many fob offs ie it’s Black Friday in November then oh it’s Xmas and then it’s the sales. They still have my watch and now I’m reading about them going into insolvency. THIS COMPANY IS A ABOSOLUTE JOKE.
I hope I’m not about to lose my watch.

I put my rolex yachtmaster wat h in their hands to sell back in august 2022,countless times I’ve tried to get an answer on selling my watch,I now find out they’ve gone into insolvency,what do I do next

DO NOT ENTRUST THIS COMPANY TO SELL YOUR TIMEPIECE… 11 months on and still nothing I’ve lost my manufactures warranty whilst the watch is in there hands ..I had do reduce the price myself as they set it far to high … looks like I’ll be paying over the odds for a polishing service to get my watch back …costing me money… Not happy

Étrange j’ai reçu un mail ce samedi qui me dis effectivement que l’acquéreur a demandé un remboursement et une fois la montre chez eux et expertisée ils la remettront en vente .
C’est une gigantesque blague
J’ai eu leur CEO au téléphone il m’a confirmé la disparition de la montre et qu’UPS prendrait en charge l’indemnisation et que cela n’était qu’une question de jours
Et hier j’ai donc reçu ce mail .
Ils mentent et escroquent les gens
J’ai enregistré toutes les conversations téléphoniques
Si je n’ai pas de vraies réponses et mon argent semaine prochaine
Je déposerai plainte et je les attaque en justice

Apologies you should not have not been contacted, you received an automated email as a result of our processing the refund for M Decrossac.
I have processed a refund for M Decrossac, because he did not receive his watch and have equally processed a payout for yourself.
Apologies this has taken as long as it has.
Hopefully this should put the matter to rest.

Insolvency process started

Sadly, I can only confirm that the insolvency process has started for Watchmaster ICP GmbH. This has been confirmed by the lawfirm in charge of. Unfortunately, no further information has been provided by Watchmaster for the impacted people on the insurance / refund process.

Selling my Rolex date just

It’s very difficult to sell a high end watch but honestly the sale price Watchmaster was offering was better than anybody else even minus their fee . They have had my watch now since last June . They did promise a sale in 90 days but that’s long gone . They will not answer their phone or emails for updates and it’s concerning. The only time you hear from them is an email asking you to reduce the price for their sales . Am afraid am locked in a 12 month contract and god knows what I will have to pay to get it back . Very poor customer after care and lack of respect for their clients from my experience. I just want to sell a watch and move on with my life . I went with Watchmaster because of their web page it looked great .

No warranty

I bought an IWC watch with Wathmaster last year. The purchase was handled properly, no complaints about that. However, I now have a warranty claim which Watchmaster can not honour as they tell me the German parent company went into insolvency :-(

For the past two days I have constantly…

For the past two days I have constantly tried to contact watch master by telephone, but to no avail, they will not answer the phone.
I have also emailed them but only received a reply with a reference number saying someone would contact me, but as yet nothing.
I am beyond concerned as they have been holding my Rolex watch on consignment since September 2022.
I would appreciate a call as soon as possible from Watchmaster with an update.

CONCERNED

For three days now I have been unable to contact watchmaster via telephone regarding the watch I have on consignment with them. Due to the events that unfolded last year I am obviously concerned to say the least. Looking at other reviews on here i am not alone. I understand the terms were set at the time I gave my watch to them, I find it completly unreasonable that with the european debacle I am still going to need to pay good money to get my own watch back even though the company is on the verge of collapse. I feel like my watch is being held hostage and even if i wanted to get it back, I am unable to because nobody will answer the phone. Could somebody please get in touch!!!

Diebstahl November

Nach dem Diebstahl meiner Heuer calkulator im November höre ich nichts mehr, außer das die Versicherung diesen Diebstahl bearbeitet. Ich glaube nicht mehr das über den normalen Weg eine Erstattung zu stande kommt.

Nevertheless as I have previously described we are beholden to the police and insurers completing their investigations.

A 90 JOURS DU CAMBRIOLAGE DU 19 Nov BEAUCOUP DE MENSONGES .

Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 17 février à 90 jours du cambriolage énormément de bla-bla rien de concret aucun avancement dans le cambriolage du 19 novembre beaucoup de clients se plaint malgré cela rien avance.

Vous essayez peut-être de gagner du temps concernant votre liquidation judiciaire en attendant avez-vous le nom du liquidateur judiciaire qui a été nommé pour gérer votre entreprise ? Devons nous remplir une déclaration de créance ? Comment une entreprise en liquidation va pouvoir rembourser ses clients ?

Au vu de votre dernière déclaration qui ne veut absolument rien dire L’assureur ne prendra pas en charge la correspondance ainsi que le versement des indemnités aux clients. Expliquez-moi comment une entreprise en liquidation judiciaire pourra nous verser nos indemnités?

Le délai légal de remboursement d’une assurance cambriolage normalement c’est entre 30 et 90 jours.

Vous devriez avoir honte de vos pratiques frauduleuses, c’est un scandale…. Vous demander d’être patient est compréhensible mais jusqu’à quand cela durera ?

Je vais voir si les médias sont intéressés par une telle affaire d’escroquerie….

PS: Attention plusieurs Commentaires Négatif des clients ont été supprimés, les personnes qui pose des avis positifs franchement vous avez aucune conscience morale pour inventer des commentaires.

I would like to, once again, reiterate how we share your frustrations in this situation and would like nothing more than to make whole those who have suffered a loss at the hands of the burglary on the 19th November.
Nevertheless as I have previously described we are beholden to the process I have described in my previous responses to you.

We have disclosed the name of the insurer and indeed the preliminary insolvency practitioner overseeing the German business.
We do not have more information, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to bring the matter to a close as swiftly as possible.
At every point since the event where we have had an update to share we have sure to do so directly. We will continue to do so as and when more information come to light.
I will, once more, continue to thank you for your patience, we will be in touch directly as soon as we have a concrete update.
