Genuineness and professionalism
I found my current rental house through Watermelon Estates. The pictorial adverts they posted accurately represented the property. The house has been refurbished and looks almost brand new. Their staff demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire rental process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Watermelon Estates, and I must say the entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring from start to finish.
Raj Chettri was proactive, responsive, and consistently kept me informed throughout the process. He was always available to answer questions and provided clear guidance at every stage.
He took the time to understand my specific requirements, walked me through the lettings process and compliance details, and—most importantly—helped secure a reliable tenant promptly.
I would highly recommend Raj and Watermelon Estates to any landlord or property owner seeking a knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy letting agent. Thank you, Raj, for your excellent support and professionalism.
