Absolute disgrace never received order from 5 months ago said it was delivered but never received tried emails but no response avoid

My order has not arrived, its been more than a month. I have contacted the multiple times via email and they responded once and have not responded since. Terrible customer service.

Een mini auto stofzuiger gekocht, werd verzonden en blijkbaar geleverd maar niks aangekregen.
Gemaild… 20dagen eer ik men geld terug zou krijgen.
Ondertussen 4 maand voorbij en nog steeds men centen niet terug gekregen. en er wordt niet meer geantwoord.
DUS MENSEN NIET DOEN!!!

I ordered a mini car vacuum at beginning 8 March 26 , A month later I received an e mail saying it had been delivered on a public holiday , which of course it wasn’t delivered. On 8 April said they would deliver another , nothing happened, then by 27 April , they said sorry it’s out of stock! . Then at end April they sad they would give a refund , but that would take 20 days !
Of course 20 days long since expired , it’s. Now 23 June another 2 months later with no refund and they no longer respond to e mails .
It’s just a blatant crooked fraudulent scam , these people should be arrested .
WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT ORDER FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES !!

Sent money . They stated that my item was
Delivered. It wasn’t. I queried this and they promised a refund. That was in March 2026, it is now June. Stated there was an issue with their logistics company. Scammers

Do not use this company take order and payment and nothing arrives
State they will refund but takes 14 days
You get no refund!! Then email channel goes dead
Would never recommend

Lucky to get one star.
Item confirmed as delivered, never received.
Said they would resend with a free gift, again never received.
Informed item out of stock.
Promised a refund, that was never received.
Now ignoring emails.
SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Complete scam. No delivery no refund, zero customer service.. stay away. Had to go to my bank and do a charge back to get a refund!

Absolute nightmare. Said my item had been delivered when it hadn’t. After over 2 months of waiting and emails. They finally agreed a refund in 20 working days! Of which I haven’t received. Now they’re no longer responding to emails.

Absolutely a big rip off saying it was delivered but house is covered by CCTV and wasn't at all and to go on saying I'll be refunded is a joke why would you have to go through five different channels to get a refund back simple the card you payed from please avoid this company at all cost people

La compa2gnie est WearCraft. J'ai acheté en ligne une planche à couper en nurostat: Celle-ci n'est jamais arrivée bien qu'il m'aient affirmée qu'elle m'avait été délivrée. Suite à ma plainte, ils ont reconnu qu'il y a eu un problème logistique et qu'ils me l'enverraient avec "un cadeau". Toujours pas de tracking number. Je me suis plaint et là, ils m'ont proposé et ils ont même lancé une procédure de remboursement dans les 15 jours, chose qui ne prend pas plus de 48 h. D'après les recherches sur TrustPilot (que je n'arrive pas à retrouver) cette compagnie n'est pas sérieuse, leurs produits sont de mauvaises imitations, les remboursement ne sont pas effectués et il est bien dit de ne rien commander chez eux, chose que j'aurais dû vérifier avant de lancer ma commande.
Donc pour l'instant, pas de planche à couper, pas de remboursement. Que faire?
