Great service in every way
Great service in every way! I have rarely had good experiences with solicitors but Clarity were fabulous throughout the sale of my house. Communication was prompt, friendly and all stages were managed efficiently. Thank you to Chantelle in particular for taking the stress out of the process. 🙏🏻😊

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND AVOID.. Absolutely incompetent.
I honestly would advise anyone not to use this company.
On their own admittance they have lost paperwork. I have consistently sent the same paperwork and other paperwork to them over and over again.
Hardly ever speak to the same person.
They are always passing you from one person to another.
AND THE LIST GOES ON...
My estate agents have said and I quote.
“ In all our years of selling houses this is the ‘VERY WORST’ company we have ever dealt with. They are totally incompetent

Highly recommend
We recently used Clarity for a sale and purchase during our house move. The whole team, particularly Louise, were very helpful, particularly during the latter stages and dealing with another (less good!) conveyancing company to get our exchange sorted. Would recommend and would use again.

First home purchase
I worked with Clarity Solicitors during my first home purchase. The process of contacting Clarity and getting started was very seamless including the entire communication on my behalf. I was kept well informed during the whole process. I would have liked more clarity on what to expect at each stage being a first time home buyer as some steps took long which i understood and others happened quickly. All the same would recommend them

Alex Beale was outstanding throughout the process, keeping us informed at every stage. She was always available to answer any questions and I would highly recommend her. It is highly unlikely that we will be moving again, however, if we do we would certainly use Alex and Clarity Legal Services.

Terrific solicitors, always work flat out to ensure your sale/ purchase goes as quickly and as smoothly as possible. The estate agents I was buying my house with also remarked that Clarity were exceptional.

Fantastic service
Great experience, specifically from Lauren. It was my first home purchase so an exciting time but also a very daunting process but Lauren was so helpful both via email and telephone. Never had to chase for anything and she explained everything so clearly. I would 100% use Clarity again in the future. Highly recommend!

Very professional team. We thank you so much for handling our sale and both purchases.
The communication was thorough and all queries were answered, no matter how large or small. Special thanks to Johanna who was a key contact with our sale and was always so informative when we pestered for endless answers!! Thank you for your patience.
We also really appreciate Maurice, as he made sure to explain to us in ‘plain English’ the highly stressful and key parts of the confusing conveyancing process. This really helped us feel in informed and we really appreciate your honesty (even if it wasn’t always what we wanted to hear)!
Clarity pushed the sale through in 5 months (despite us needing to pull out from our initial onward purchase) and our purchase was competed in 9 weeks.
Your ‘No Move No Fee’ clause was also appreciated when our initial onward purchase fell through!!
Highly recommended and will return to you guys in the future.

Helpful and amazing
Want to say thank you to amy, Maurice and the team as Being first time buyers, we was worried on who to go with and the process, clarity in my opinion was the best people we could’ve gone with. Only taking two months for us to get the keys we was surprised and happy on how quick they was, as well as giving us constant updates and always pushing to get what was needed from the other solicitors. Highly recommended and will definitely be using in the future.
