Great service, highly recommended
I was very happy with the service I received from Clarity for my recent shared ownership sale.
Particular call outs for Clarice who was incredibly efficient and responsive to my initial enquiries and ongoing questions, and to Chris who worked on my specific sale(s). Chris was always quick to respond, and kept me fully informed during the process. Would highly recommend, and I plan to use them again for my planned house purchase in 2024.

Fantastic Conveyancing Process
I used Clarity for the legal work on a flat sale. They were incredibly diligent and helpful and always available to respond to questions. They also pushed the sale through as fast as possible.

Used Clarity to buy our first home…
Used Clarity to buy our first home (shared ownership). They are very easy to speak to and always responded politely and within a reasonable time frame, they were always contactable via phone. Very pleased with how quickly they dealt with everything to get us moved in as quickly as possible. Would definitely use Clarity again.

Excellent Service
Everyone we dealt with at Clarity was very helpful and knowledgeable. Particularly impressive was how quick they were to respond to calls or emails. We had a few complications with the transaction and they did everything possible to ensure these were resolved and to help ensure the completion was achieved to a challenging timetable. We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again ourselves.

Short but excellent legal service to a…
Short but excellent legal service to a 1st time home buyer from Clarity. The transaction fell through because of some complications at the end, but I appreciated that they guided me professionally all the way. I did have reservation in the beginning seeing that it's a rather new legal firm but Claris Robbins has changed my mind explaining honestly the pros and cons options on my side. Thanks again!

Great and easy experience
The process of selling our house through Clarity was easy quick and stress-free. Katy communicated effectively and clearly throughout the process and and when she said she was going to do something she always delivered.
Whenever selling houses previously the process has always felt convoluted and I always end up chasing for things to be done. None of that this time and I would definitely use Clarity again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Most helpful solicitors ever
I have used Clarity twice now and their service has been excellent both times. Joanne was very helpful under some difficult circumstances to get our purchase pushed over the line and was great at keeping us up to date with the progress. Would definitely recommend!

Clarity were very efficient in house selling
Clarity were very efficient. We engaged them early on in the selling process, Clarity provided clear guidance on information needed. After we provided the information on the house, Clarity reviewed it. Once the Buyer made the offer, Clarity handled well and resolved some issue that came up from the survey. Clarity also made very clear the cost upfront. Overall our experience with Clarity was very positive.

FANTASTIC
I honestly couldn’t recommend Clarity enough!! We had such a pleasant experience as Louise acted for our seller and Jo acted for our sale and purchase! Ot went so quickly and smoothly, special thank you to all of the team, Jo,Louise, Katy, Chris, Laura and Clarice! From start to finish it was so friendly, unfortunately our buyer went with another local solicitor and they were awful but clarity went the extra mile and made sure everything was sorted. If you can, get your chain to go with them as they can act on either side and it made our experience so much easier!
