Very disappointed with lack of enthusiasm, lack of communication regarding progress, poor standard of grammar, spelling and punctuation in e-mails. Acknowledgement of receipt, by them, of documents requested from us never happened therefore we were left guessing what was the next step in the process. Calamity would be a better company name!!

Chris was just great. He was very responsive when we had questions, always made sure we were kept up to date and he was very easy to get hold of.

Clarity were absolutely amazing from the start of our house sale to completion. Everything was explained about the sales process to us and fees were outlined at the beginning so we knew exactly what everything would cost with not hidden fees.

We didn't however expect to have such difficult buyers as well as their solicitors right from the outset, they were demanding, uncooperative, unresponsive to the point where they breached their contract after we exchanged and action had to be taken.

Joanne, the senior partner at Clarity handled every issue professionally, diligently and efficiently, keeping us fully informed throughout. Her whole team, Chris, Clarice, and Kerry were always available to help.

What we also liked was the fact that Clarity worked closely with our Estate Agents too so they were up to date with the sales progression.

If we didn't have Joanne and her team our sale would not have completed with the difficulties we had but she got us there in the end, supporting us when we were ready to throw in the towel after considerable delays and complications by our buyer (sorry can't go into details but it was horrendous).

We are planning on buying another small property and we will be using Clarity. It doesn't matter where you are in the UK Clarity can help with your sale and purchase.

Louise at Clarity handled the conveyancing for a house sale for me - her side of the work was done quickly and efficiently. She explained the process clearly, and worked well with the buyer's solicitors to handle what ended up being a long and complicated process.
