We had a rough start at first due to some issues operating in our state, however Will kept in touch with me leading up to a 20 day delay. Communication with him and the follow ups were very professional. we completed our first funding yesterday after a bit of underwriting follow ups. Everything ended well, and we are looking forward to this new partnership this year. we intend to increase our funding as the year rolls on.

We genuinely thought they would be our partner, and that's what they've stated. As our business has gotten better in terms of growth and profitability, they had guaranteed we would lend us at a certain time only to let us down. Their salespeople are sleazy. Never trust somebody that defers to their "team" when they make promises or pretend to build a relationship with you. Lesson learned.

We have been working with Uncapped for over two years. They were great at start, but our last underwriting cycle was a nightmare. It took three months of meetings and questions that went beyond underwriting nit pickiness. Only at the point of expressed frustrations from our CEO that we were given the okay to draw. Following that, it took 10 days for the funds to arrive in our account. Super tiring underwriting!
