I was a little hesitant using this company since I couldn’t find much info on them but very glad I did. Compared to other capital companies (even Shopify capital) their rates are excellent and quick turnaround. They require more docs than a company like Shopify capital but nothing out of the ordinary. I will definitely use them in the future again.

Easy process that can take some time while they do their due diligence checks. Much lower interest than competitors

The process was smooth and easy to complete in terms of going through each of the steps we needed to complete. In particular we were very happy with the support and help we had from our account manager Sean who was an absolute delight to work with and in comparison to other providers we had encountered Uncapp was by far the most responsive and professional funding provider by far.

Great service, Very profesional and quick

The UX on the platform is straight forward. The diligence team while diligent, it seemed like a cohesive process of reviewing information only once. Our lending partner John Harrison was available LITERALLY 24 hours a day to help with the process; haven't worked with someone as available as him. Highly recomend seeing if this new partner can fit your short term capital needs in a structure that makes sense.

wasted 10 days with daily promises that were never kept and had to follow up daily. Was asked for countless documents to tell me in the end that I don't have enough cash runway to borrow money, absolute nonsense from some underwriter that does not understand e-commerce. Business doing 1.3mil turnover, 400k of stock, no debt and closed on 100k profit but not good enough for uncapped, unsurprisingly good enough for everyone else so went to a competitor.
