First of all, our customer service team always responds to emails within 24 hours and will never disregard any emails.

Secondly, after searching through all our order records based on your description, we could not locate any matching order. Please kindly verify if you placed your purchase on our official website.

‑ If your order was placed on another website, we would appreciate it if you could post your review on the relevant business.

When we replied to your review, we also sent you an email on September 9. You forwarded and replied to our email on September 10. This contradicts your statement that “You respond here but didn’t answer my emails”. We kindly ask you to refer to the actual communication records.

After receiving your email dated September 10, we sent you a corresponding reply. We have not heard back from you since then.
