I paid for Saturday delivery and I was at home all day but the courier said they could not deliver and took it away. I would appreciate a refund of my £4 charge for Saturday delivery.

Unfortunately, the product you first ordered has had a supply issue which has resulted in no stock at all the major wholesalers in the country. We explained the situation and offered an alternative Branded product. As with most Branded products, they are more expensive than the generic.
Hopefully, the generic product will be back in stock soon.

This pharmacy offers a great service. I ordered saxenda. They contacted me via email immediately to advise as it was Friday it could not go out until Monday due to cold storage but if I called them straight away they post that night and deliver Saturday for £4.00. So I did. They were so helpful. Next day delivery so was great! Cannot fault this place. Reliable, efficient and trustworthy.

"WebMed Pharmacy" Weight Loss Pens/weight loss support
I was very new to using weight loss medication and clueless as to how it worked and whether or not it would be right for me personally; but with Webmed Pharmacy I felt listened to and supported right from the very start. I was asked all the relevant questions (regarding my health needs and my lifestyle, etc.) to make sure that they prescribed the most appropriate medication that would be right for me.
When I asked about jumping ahead to a much higher dosage (instead of increasing the dose more gradually as recommended) I was advised that Webmed did not/would not endorse doing so, since their policy not only centred around the efficacy of the medication I was using but also centred around the safety of using the medication too. I was impressed by this and by their ethos in general.
In addition to all of the aforementioned, WebMed also provide a free "Coaching"/consultation meeting every Saturday morning (via Zoom) which focusses on the day to day life of people actually using the weight loss medication. The weekly "Coaching" sessions deals with the practicalities of life for people taking charge of their weight loss/weight management issues/struggles. It offers support as well as solutions which complements the medication's efficacy.
Overall, I would definitely recommend "WebMed" to anyone wishing to lose weight or manage their weight.
