Honest approach

Jon, at the Bala Cynwyd PA office saw me at 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening before a winter storm was about to descend on Philadelphia. He was efficient, made sure I was comfortable (it was freezing cold outside) and he explained everything that he was doing during the appraisal process. My vehicle was in great shape, had a clean title, no accidents and as a result, I was in and out of that office in approximately 65 minutes with a very fair check in my hand for the value of the vehicle. Jon was a true professional and I really appreciated the experience. If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, here is my strong advice: Before you trade in your vehicle to a car dealership, spend a few minutes with your vehicle at a WeBuyAnyCar location. If you don't like what they offer, you can easily leave with your car and go back to the dealership or try to sell it privately.
