Mike made the whole process simple
Mike made the whole process simple. He was very straightforward and transparent about issues that my car had and explained the process WBAC uses after they acquire a vehicle and how that affects the final price.

James Wylie was a pleasure to deal with. The final offer was about 50% of what the online tool indicated, but I fully expected the initial online offer to be high. You can only put so much detail into the online tool, and they will see everything once they inspect the car and when they input everything, the centralized computer spits out the offer. It didn't matter to me how they arrived at the offer- only whether I thought the offer was fair or not. In the end, I got a very fair price for my car and knew ahead of time it would be lower than what the online tool indicated.

Worth it
They were willing to work with my schedule and come out on a Saturday to assess the car. The agent was kind, courteous, and took great care to explain everything he was doing. Definitely worth it.
