At every level of the process, I felt that I was talking to a friend. My overall impression is that I was working with a gracious, helpful and honest business.

Great experience for the eval and paperwork, the problem was with the vehicle pick-up, which isn’t necessarily your issue but for the fact that the seller has to sit and wait for days until the yard picks up the vehicle. I understand the buyer has to wait for the third party tower, but 3 days and a 10:30pm pick-up seems a little excessive. Overall, would work with buyer again. Estimator was excellent as well.

Simple, honest, and straightforward process.

Had a 9 o’clock appointment, sales rep calls at 9:05 saying he will be 30 minutes late. That is very unprofessional and poor business, will never work with them again.
