Made the whole process very simple of buying and removing our stairlift
Both Becky the office contact and James the engineer were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Both provided a great service. Would definitely recommend this company if you need a no hassle removal of an unwanted stairlift.

The property is in an extremely hard to get to place.
The guys were more than helpful and carried all the mechanics of the stair lift up and down steep steps to where their van was able to park.
Work was carried out efficiently with no mess, very impressed.

We are in the process of selling our Mother’s house and have recently accepted an offer from a buyer. Having the stairlift removed from the house was on the ‘big ticket’ items on our list of things to do for clearing the house prior to sale completion. We were keen to find someone who we trusted to seek to remove and reuse the stairlift rather than someone who might just remove it and dump it.
I found We Buy Any Stairlift online. I had a prompt response to my initial enquiry and quickly arranged a date/time for its removal. The stairlift was removed last week as scheduled and we received the agreed reimbursement in cash immediately on that day.

Great service, very quick and efficient

Engineer was unprofessional swearing ( although had apologised for this)
when he was frustrated as couldn’t dismantle the stair lift , causing discomfort for the family member who was supervising!
Left quite a mess when pulled the socket out the wall.
Would not recommend this particular engineer at all sadly.
This was an unfortunate experience as up to this point communication and reliability with the administration team had been excellent and very professional.

The company responded to my enquiry very promptly and gave me a qoute once I had supplied all the required information.
They offered me an appointment which I accepted and were on time and gave me updates prior to arrival.
James (the engineer) was polite and helpful and carried out the work very efficiently.
Payment was also very easy with a receipt sent to my email address straight away.

My brother in law purchased a stairlift for his wife, it was installed on 24 April 2026 and she died on 02 May 2026 and never used it. It cost just over £6000 and We buy any stairlift offered £100 to purchase it and the company that it was bought from offered £250.
What a rip off !!!

The removal was arranged and carried out quickly, Jordan was friendly and respectful. The booking process was awkward because photos were required and we were removing the stairlift due to a bereavement so weren't actually at the property. Purchase price was agreed but felt it was low, however we were glad to have it removed.

Fantastic customer service with Emma. Great guy called James came out to us (engineer). He was thorough, friendly, professional and I’d highly recommend using this company again.
