What can I say…..from the minute I called and booked with sonny to the minute Mo arrived to pick up my daughter for prom it was AMAZING !!! Everything was so well organised and everything I asked for was delivered. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble.

I had to change the pick up time a few days before the car arrived and it was not an issue, sonny even called me the day before to double check everything down to the last detail. My daughter’s driver Mo arrived 10-15mins before the actual pick up time to make sure we had plenty of time for lots of photos and he never rushed us once.

He was so polite, well dressed and just the most loveliest man.

The car was a massive WOW !!!!! it was gorgeous. It turned a lot of heads at the prom venue and everyone was saying things like
"omg look at that car"
"Wow that’s lush"
"Omg look it’s Paris"
Everyone loved it.

We had a number plate made for my daughter which Mo put on the car for photos. He also stopped the car at the venue and put the plate on for her entrance.

I expressed my anxiety of making sure I got to the venue first before my daughter so I could watch and take videos/photos of her driving in, as it was rush hour traffic and the venue was extremely busy. So I was worried I wasn’t going to make it in time. Again, Mo was amazing, he took my number and told me to phone him when I got there and only then would he join the progression of cars once he knew I was inside the venue. He drove her around for 10 mins to give us a head start. He was just amazing from start to finish.

We have 3 more proms in the upcoming years and I will definitely be coming back to hire more cars and I’ll definitely be requesting Mo as the driver.

We booked Gold Wedding Cars for our wedding last week, and the booking process was friendly and smooth. However, on the day, they were anything but.

Firstly, the driver, Aadil, arrived 30 minutes early and called my now-wife to let her know. When it was highlighted that he was early, he was rude and snippy, and only became cordial when he was met in-person.

Secondly, after the church ceremony (which we finished on-time) he took about 15-20 minutes to put the roof back on the car. We didn't mind this, as it looked like a complicated process, but then when we arrived at our reception venue, he chased me to pay £50 for "extra time spent" *right there and then* (despite the early arrival and late departure, both of which were this company's fault), while I was getting my family and the bridal party ready for photos. When I didn't have cash, he gave me bank details that I had to pay to there and then, taking me away from our day and bogging us down in admin. I asked to be invoiced and pay afterwards, and I was told this wouldn't be possible.

Overall, between the unprofessional driver and the unsuitable business practices that this company has for wedding car hire, I would not recommend this company for your wedding.

I hired a car for my wedding this summer. The service I received was outstanding. The booking process was easy. Everything ran really smoothly on the day!

Good link with drivers pre-event (wedding). Cars on time and spotless. Drivers curteous and patient with us even when the post-wedding photos overrran making us later than intended for our next venue. Would certainly recommend.

This was the best experience in My life. Rizwan, was so good and kind to us. Changing his schedule to accommodate us . We are really happy. He has made an experience that I will never forget. Getting to learn from him was great and I really appreciate his work. God bless.

Never got the service we paid for.
Driver was the perfect gentleman to begin with and disappeared for most of the day. Even though we had paid for him to be on site for photos, etc. When he did return he had an attitude and was rude to my sister-in law with mobility issues and telling her to hurry up!!
We tired to resolve the issue with his Manager, who could not deal with our complaint amicably and blamed us instead, when we requested tracking report of the vehicle on the day.
To this day we have not reached a resolution as the Manager has changed his story several times about the events that took place and the conversation held with my husband and myself.
The icing on the cake was today when my husband rang to speak to the Manager again to ask about the tracking report. He started shouting at my husband about us not contacting him on the day, his offer and what I said during a conversation I had with him, which contents were clearly inaccurate and then shouted back 'Leave me alone' and ended the phone call! How rude is that?
Would not be recommending this company to anyone under any circumstances.

Used 2XL wedding car hire for my daughters wedding sat27/8/22 and could not of wished for a better company.From start to finish they were very professional and we could not of wished for any better service. Our driver,Rachel was first class and nothing was too much trouble,once again thank you for making my daughters day and I would definitely recommend yourselves.

Worst service I ever experienced.
All we got was a black van that picked znd brought the groom and family to the venue.
And the driver left after dropping the couple to church.
I won't be using or recommending this service to anyone.

Sammy & Umar, you guys are a legends! I really can't thank these guys enough!!! Managed to book the Phantom Series 2 the day before my daughter's prom!

We agreed a time, which my daughter said was too early, rang up on the day of the prom and they rearranged the time for us, without a single fuss! None of this "we can't blah blah" it was a straightforward no problem all sorted situation!

You guys totally saved the day after my miscommunication, my daughter will forever remember this day and I certainly will be recommending you to anyone and everyone who asks me!

Once again, absolute legends! Anyone looking for a fantastic service look no further than these guys, 110% satisfaction!

My youngest daughter married her true love on Sat 19th March, a day before her 25th Birtbday. I hired a Wedding Car for the occasion and I am so overwhelmed by the fantastic service the couple received on the day. Her driver, Riz, picked her and her Father up and waited patiently, was attentive, professional and was an absolute gent. The Company contacted us previously on 2 occassions to confirm our dates,times, pick up and drop off as well as emailed us with confirmation of our requirements. The price was affordable and well within our budget, gave us time to pay for the cost. Would recommend Wedding Cars to friends and Family as their Service was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. Lovely memories for us to cherish. Thank you so much.

This company has been amazing…. I had a phantom eight for my wedding on the 25th august…. My driver zee turned up right on time….. very professional.
The journey was great. I couldn’t have asked for anything more it was just perfect….
The car was stunning, zee was very friendly and chatty which was great I hate that awkward silence hahahah but we had a lovely chit chat…
All I can say is if you want a stunning car you must book with these guys….

All cars advertised belong to them. i personally went to see them in their Hertfordshire Unit must be about 2 Acres. Beautiful place and beautiful people. May God bless them.
