Why do vets keep choosing this awful company?? They take so long to fill a prescription. so so long. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Who needs a script 2-3 weeks after the vet calls it in? Ridiculous customer service and over the top prices. If you need it sooner, expect to pay $$$. Crazy rip off prices. They take advantage of your love for your pet by sticking it to you, along with almost every vet I have ever seen. Sad, mad world.

My dog has glaucoma. My vet recommended this pharmacy. Its been really good. I did have one missed prescription, however I was able to contact an agent and my issue was resolved without a lot of hassle.

I have been trying to get a script filled from Wedgewood Pharmacy for my cat who is in a guarded condition. I have run into a brick wall over and over again. I talked to a rep on the phone and thought I had everything in order and the order would be coming out to me in a week. I had to pay an extra $30 to get it in a week otherwise it would be 2 weeks. Now I find out a week later that they don't have all the info from the Vet. I asked them why they didn't let me know and I would have called my vet. Poor service from this pharmacy. Also the website was misleading it read if I paid the additional $30 I would get it in one day NOT one week. Do not use this company. Now I have a sick and possibly dying cat and no medication.

Terrible customer service. I have placed four orders with this pharmacy and two of them have gotten lost. When I called to speak to a representative about the situation, she told me I would have to contact the carrier as the situation is out of their hands. After she continued to interrupt and speak over me, I eventually gave up and called UPS who informed me that it should, in fact, be the shipper of the product to contact them. An investigation was opened, but I was still without the medication for my dog. I called back to see if they could send out a replacement, which they said they would, but they would charge me. Finally they made a "one time exception" to replace the medication that had been lost for over a week. Absolutely abhorrent customer service with no sense of urgency.

I do not know where this company is but it is obvious to me why they have a competitive price. After not making good in the "overnight" delivery for my sick pet, I now do not have confidence in the quality of their"generic" medication. They suck. My get will get an earful on Monday, ir at least the vet I have been going to for over 10 years

My fragile senior dog is on a powerful and expensive medication that cannot be interrupted or discontinued abruptly. Although I requested a refill on schedule after the first month, we had to wait weeks for the medication to be delivered. My dog became progressively weaker and collapsed on the stairs. Not wanting a repeat performance, I called them 2 weeks before his medication ran out to reorder. However, i still had not received it last week so I called again and seems they had not even started to prepare his prescription. Then they said they would get it to me by Saturday, when i was scheduled to run out. It is Tuesday and still no medication. Personally I would not trust this place with your pet's health. Before moving I used a small compounding pharmacy in TN snd never had these problems.

Extremely rude customer service! I have a dog on heart medication (pimbobenden), and gets a 30 day supply shipped from wedgewood pharmacy on auto ship. Towards the end of last month I noticed that he was getting very low on the medication, and I went online and ordered medication. Apparently it needed to be renewed by the vet. Got through all of that and placed the order with a rush shipment. A couple of days later I received an email from wedgewood saying that the shipment would be delayed up to 10 days (nevermind that this medication keeps my dog alive)! I get enough from my vet to hold him over until it gets in from the pharmacy. Got the 30 day supply last week, and today I received an email from wedgewood pharmacy saying that my auto ship would be going out in 3 days! Just got off the phone with them trying to explain that I just got a 30 day supply and don't need another shipped so soon. Apparently they don't bother to update their shipping transactions with auto ship. The rep I got on the phone was basically useless. She kept asking me when I would like for them to ship it (like I know how long it takes to fill the order and ship it). Then she suggested that I order a larger supply so that this doesn't happen again (shows that she didn't understand the problem I was having at all)! After getting the time stats on making the meds and length of time to process, ship and deliver, I was able to come up with a date to start processing the next order. Shouldn't have to do their job!

Terms and Conditions state they can't refund once it has left the building. They refused to cancel and refund when the ticket was PRINTED 2 mins prior to the request, did not attempt to stop the shipment, offer to help us return to sender, and told us we were stuck even though we met the T&C. They are also OVERPRICED - So do your research, they are truly awful to work with!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for a medication our Vet prescribed for my sons chameleon. First we were told it would arriving somewhere between 3-5 days and of course we had to pay up front. Well, that didn't happen, so I called the Vet's office to inquire as to why and was told the order was canceled by Wedgewood. No explanation or phone call as to why, just canceled. I then called Wedgewood on a Wednesday myself and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Gabe Ryan who told me that, yes the order was canceled, but that he would see that it get filled asap and promised to call me back the next day by noon to give me an update. Well here it is over a week later and I have yet to hear back from Mr. Ryan. I of course called back and asked to speak to Mr. Liar(Ryan) and of course he wasn't available. I was now put in touch with a supervisor named Drew who owned up and said "This is completely our fault, we dropped the ball on this one several times." Now I will say hat Drew held true to his word about calling me back, but did promise that I would be getting the medication the next day and of course, you guessed it, that didn't happen. There is no INTEGRITY in anything that is said by any of Wedgewood's personnel at this point and now I have a pet who is near death only because Wedgewood cannot do their job! They of course offered to refund my money, but like I told many of their lying employees, there is no amount of money that we can be refunded that will make it any easier to explain to my six year old as to why his pet died. Don't know if this company has ever been sued due to a pet dying because they couldn't get them their medication on time.......well if you haven't, you are about to be!!

Terrible customer service. Pharmacists rude. Dogs eye drops have white matter floating around in it and they were rude and had an attitude and kept sending me in circles to get a replacement. They should stand behind their product. There is no excuse for being rude.

HORRIBLE pharmacy. They don’t care about your animals. They only want to make money. The people that answer the phones are incompetent. They will do what ever they can to give you the minimum amount of meds so they can charge the same price for 10ml as for 240mls. They have a minimum compounding fee so they do their best to make sure to make as much profit as possible off of their patients. Took over a week and we had to call to see why we didn’t have our meds yet and no one had called us. Disgusting people, horrible place, find another pharmacy that cares about people and their pets. Hope this place gets inspected and goes out of business ASAP so they don’t leave any other animals to suffer.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered on a Monday and paid $15 extra to be delivered by Thursday. When it did not arrive on Thursday, I called. They told me it had not been shipped because they needed my vet's license number. Its been 3 days and I had to call them to find this out. I had a sick cat that needed meds, but thanks to your lack of their complete incompetence, my cat will proabably die. You sorry excuse for a business.

Still haven't even started on my bunny's meds over a week later.

Hope your pet doesn’t actually need the meds. Ordered an urgent rx called in by my vet for my dog with cancer. Sent a shipping label almost immediately. Nearly a week later, it’s still awaiting pickup.

Called up, and the woman snidely stated they need 1-2 days to compound an rx. Regardless, a week is not 1-2 days. When we inquired about expediting they shipping, they said there was nothing that could be done since the label was already created.

If you have plenty of lead time, maybe this overpriced pharmacy is the way to go- but the quality of service, speed of delivery and overall support is horrendous.

Go elsewhere if you care about your pet.
