As first-time buyers, we initially explored our options and had an early consultation with Michael Bellini from We Do Mortgages. Although we initially went with a different broker recommended to us by the builder, the experience there was disappointing, very slow, unresponsive, and frankly, quite stressful.

We decided to return to Michael, and despite our earlier switch, he welcomed us back and picked things up with genuine professionalism and support.
