They came out and sourced us parts that took a week to arrive then fitted the new fridge draws

Really good company with very visible pricing structure. Had issues with 3 components on our gas oven, Andy came out and identified the faults, a day later we got a call with the price for the parts (much cheaper than expected). 2 days later Andy returned and fixed everything. Fast, efficient and friendly with good communication. Would highly recommend and use again.

I booked an engineer through domestic and general and Wefix were the ones assigned, to be honest I’d never heard of them before and from this experience I can highly recommend them! Engineer was polite and very knowledgeable with 22 years of experience, he certainly knew his stuff!
Dishwasher is now working brilliantly and sounds so much healthier than it did!

Amazing people giving a first class service. Lucy was so helpful and friendly, and got an engineer to attend the next day. Andy resolved the problem, and was also professional and amazing at the job in hand. I can honestly say I would 100% use these guys for any of my appliances, and have no problem recommending them to anyone. Skilled, but also nice people, which is just as important as being able to fulfil the work to a high standard in my view. Trustworthy, and I can’t thank them enough. Outstanding, and thank you again.

Amazing repair work

I booked Wefix to repair my Currys Essentials dishwasher and the whole experience was spot‑on. The office team were excellent — the girls were a real credit to the company. Friendly, organised, and kept me fully updated with the arrival date and time, which made everything effortless.

The engineer carried that same standard through to the doorstep: polite, professional, personable, and clearly skilled. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it without any fuss, and left the workspace spotless.

From first call to final fix, the whole team were brilliant. Honestly, they all deserve an early finish over the summer. Highly recommended.

The engineer was a true Gentleman, an expert in his field and sorted my Zanussie hob in a few moments.
He ran through the to do's and not to do's in a short and very descriptive manor, very helpful indeed.

Excellent efficient job

On going problem with my Samsung washing machine since September had 4 engineers from that point finally fixed today fingers crossed . All were polite and friendly .

The man who came to fix my tumble dryer had a real struggle with it. He was working on it for nearly 2 hours. I felt real sorry for him. He was a lovely man with a lovely smile and very pleasant. Wish all workmen where like him

I called up regarding my fridge/freezer, and a gorgeous woman called Cali was basically just giving me advice at first, even calling engineers and calling me back. All free of charge! Then I went through a gorgeous woman called Suzanne, and she was super helpful! And then my fan broke, and they were out the next day to fit it! Engineers were lovely and everything was done quick and simple! They also came out a few years ago to try and fix my dryer, they couldn’t, so they got me a brand new one!

Boss company!

My washing machine refused to start over a week ago now and the first engineer came out to review it. He was warm, friendly but always professional and explained everything he was doing to me. Unfortunately my machine needed a new part which he ordered.
The second engineer came yesterday and fitted the part. He was exactly the same as the first engineer, warm, friendly and very professional.
I'm playing catch-up with my washing now.

Unfortunately, my experience with Wefix has been a nightmare. First, the technician came to my house without the replacement part, which I already found quite disappointing, especially since it wasn’t a particularly specialised component. A week later, they informed me that the part had arrived and scheduled another appointment to carry out the repair.

On the day of the repair, they called to say that the part they had received was the wrong one and that they would have to order the correct part instead. I wasn’t surprised, as the technician hadn’t even touched the part of the machine that he claimed needed replacing.

Overall, the service has been very poor and unprofessional.
