My favorite mask
These masks are GREAT! I love the shape of them. The adjustment wire by the nose. The strings I can tighten around my ears! I wear glasses, these masks are comfortable to wear with glasses. They shipped out fast! These are my favorite masks now and I highly recommend them!

Delayed arrival and incorrect delivery info.
My masks have not arrived. Supposedly they arrived several days ago, but no.
[Edit] Masks arrived two days after I received the email telling me they had (previously) been delivered. The masks are great. The delivery and the information about it, not so much.

I am a person who uses the subway, especially in New York, and I always wear a mask in a heavy crowd and the mask is definitely adjustable, it does not leave a mark on the nose.
I can breathe easily and my glasses don't steam

Prompt, variety, good customer service
The masks I order always come promptly, with a notification of the recurring charge, and I love that they still have adult small sizes. Their customer service is also great (and real people, too!).

Completely satisfied with WellBefore’s Customer Service timely response & resolution.
While my mother received some of the missing items from her original order, the shipping carrier damaged the items. However, the WellBefore Customer Support team have responded very quickly & provided a refund for the damages & the inconvenience caused. I have always been very pleased with the masks from WellBefore since finding the company during the COVID pandemic. And I continue to order, because I now am immune compromised, requiring all visitors to wear N95 masks.

Good Customer Service, Decent Prices
It seems like their stock rotates really quickly and they don't always have exactly what I order. However, their selection is really good and they always reach out quickly to come up with a reasonable compromise. I order all my masks and some other supplies here.

These people are scams....
These people are scams....I ordered what I assumed were 5 boxes of BD Alcohol swabs...Showed the box of the swabs ( Iam a diabetic and have used these for yrs. but the company quit making them so I was excited to see that I could find them!!! even paid $6.21 shipping)for $.99 each.....I recieved Package today form postal not the DHL shipping I supposedly paid for to get a tiny box that had 5 single little swabs!!!! This place is taking advantage of people when we're trying to live off ss and the economy... DO NOT USE THEM

Great masks!!
WellBefore masks are amazing! Breathable but still provide a high level of protection. The nosepiece is very easy to shape so you can get a good fit. And they look fantastic!

WellBefore is my favorite brand
WellBefore has been my brand of choice for years now. Keeping myself and those around me safe from airborne viruses is a value worth paying for. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, I always include bulk masks in my budget, even though I wish they were lower priced. I will not compromise on keeping these stocked. The customer service team is responsive, helpful, and great to work with.
