Prompt shipping and good product
The shipping was very prompt. The masks were as good as other masks I use, but the online photos led me to believe they would have more room in front (they don’t) That said, I will buy them again.

Great quality, comfortable masks
Excellent masks that are great quality & comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I use these when I'm in healthcare spaces, crowded public transport & air travel, and any other space where I want to feel protected. I did a bulk order & shared with my friend, which is a great way to continue to protect our community.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a package does not arrive as expected.
After reviewing the shipment tracking, it appears that the carrier attempted delivery and left a notice indicating that the package was redirected to a local post office for pickup. According to the latest tracking update, the item is currently being held by the postal service and should be available for pickup.
Unfortunately, once an order leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is managed entirely by the carrier. In this case, the postal service controls the delivery attempts and pickup arrangements, and we do not have direct control over those procedures.
That said, we truly want to help resolve this for you. One of our Wellness Advisors has already sent you a private email and would love the opportunity to improve your experience.
