I didn't get his name but the man that delivered my chair made it a whole experience! He showed me the box it came in, how to use the chair and made the whole thing very friendly which I appreciated.

Delivered on time as expected
Delivered on time as expected. Unfortunately, the wired version of the ergonomic mouse was delivered instead of the wireless version. Wellworking did immediately agree to send the correct mouse and pickup the incorrect mouse. However, this relied on their Logistics to deliver & collect which limited the day to Fridays; using a delivery company to deliver/collect would have provided more flexibility.

Amazing Delivery Service
Amazing Company. The fact they can even give an hour slot for the delivery while coming from Scotland to Yorkshire is really something. Great customer service as well.

Personal service
Online, I booked a 30 minute personal viewing of desk chairs at the Pershore branch. I gave requirements at this time - chair height, lumbar support, mesh back, price range - and when I arrived, the sales staff had already brought out several chairs meeting my requirements for me to try. They were knowledgeable and able to help me compare chairs as well as show me the many adjustments that could be made. The chair I bought precisely matches what I wanted, which is important as I work from home and often sit in then chair for long periods. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice!

Delivery service is bad
The website is easy enough and prices are competitive . However delivery service is suboptimal. The chair was just left outside our front door covered in plastic. Previously ordered direct from Herman miller and they came inside and set up the chair. These guys didn’t. Quite disappointing considering it was a 1300 pounds chair
