Beautiful and soft, perfect sizing. I love the rainbows on the sleeves! Delivered promptly, really happy with it.

I ordered a jacket for my 1-year-old son. In the photos it looks like a bright yellow, but in real life it’s actually darker, orange-toned yellow. When I went to return it, I found out I have to pay for the return postage myself. The items are already pretty expensive, so having to cover return shipping as well just doesn’t feel right. If they had a customer-friendly return process, I’d probably shop here again. But after this, I won’t. I honestly don’t get how businesses that don’t handle returns properly are still around.

There is no exchange policy and when you asked for refund, you had to pay the postage to send it back.

I absolutely love their range of colourful and fun children's clothing, the sustainability is a great addition to this. I ordered a few sets for my son and am really happy with the quality of the sets I received. The sets run true to size and don't lose their colour after a few washes.

Love the products but unhappy that the sale prices change from being offered at 50% discount and then decreasing to 30% and then back up to full price. Time scale should be advised if this is the case

I sometimes buy clothes for my grandchildren from the online shop of Frugi, and I truly love this brand. It was love at first sight for me.

The quality is excellent, and the designs are unique and genuinely made for children. There is a bright world of colours and happy emotions in every piece. The clothes are very well made and comfortable to wear. The most important thing for me is that my grandchildren love wearing them. The fabric feels soft and gentle, almost like a little cloud wrapping around them and protecting their precious childhood world.

I would also like to add that the brand and its online platform are very responsible. I have never had any problems with my purchases, and everything has always been smooth and reliable.

I wish the brand continued success and many happy shopping moments for new customers.

We absolutely love your dresses, leggings and socks. Previously, we loved the Rumbler jackets, too. We bought them 2 years in a row and passed them on. We didn't like them this year.
Also, it was a struggle to get my refund. The customers service wasn't great either. It took me about 5 emails with pictures to get them to look into my issue (which was that I returned 2 orders, but they only refunded 1!).

I love the product so much, its great to be able to buy colourful but practical clothes for boys. The coat appears really good quality. My only request would be a reflective patch on both arms next time and maybe on the hood.

My granddaughter was given a pair of waterproof dungarees when she was 2 and having outgrown them, she needed new ones. Frugi are an excellent fit and are truly waterproof. They withstand wading in streams and the elastic straps keep the wellies on even in thick mud.

Easy to order & I paid for fast delivery expecting to receive within 2 days. However my parcel arrived in less than 24hrs from despatch.
Delighted with the leggings which were a good fit & had the perfect pattern for me to wear to my daughter's 40th Rainbows & Valentines Party. Received lots of compliments. They were warm & comfortable & I expect to get lots of wear from them as the quality is good. Can't wait to show them off to my yoga friends!

Return was no problem We ordered several items and when we had to return the boots as my granddaughter found they hurt her feet when she tried them on. We returned them and money back no problem. 👍 The other items were perfect so a happy 5 year old girl.

Lovely timeless clothing for children. My little one has sensitive eczema prone skin and these have been a God send! Beautiful bold colours and amazing designs and we always get compliments about the clothes. Washes well too.
One of the most important things to me is how a company rectifies errors. I had a stitching issue with a top I bought and they were very apologetic and sent out a replacement straight away. They offered for me to keep the faulty top too which I passed on to a friend. We have gifted many frugi clothing to friends and family too and the children and parents have always loved them. We have been customers for over a year and will continue to buy from them.
