Been a customer of frugi for a few years now and clothes have always been excellent with lovely attractive patterns that you don't see elsewhere. However, the past few times I have ordered I have noticed a big difference in their material. The quality of material used to be so thick but recently it has gotten really thin. Their clothes are on the expensive side which you don't mind paying for if they are good quality which always used to be the case but if they are going to start using thin material then it's more value for money to just order elsewhere for the same material at a cheaper price

The poor score is not to do with the products, the clothing is excellent quality and fab designs.
The poor score is the customer service that I have been left without a refund and been left with no goods despite having paid for my order.
They don’t read emails received before despatch so despite me notifying them immediately when I placed my order which was late one evening I paid by apple pay which defaulted to using my old address for shipping. I have been left with no goods as they were delivered to the wrong address. Frugi has left that to be my fault my problem.
5 months down the line. I have not been able to retrieve the original parcel and still no clothes for the money I have spent. I am a long standing customer and that doesn’t make a difference. Loyalty obviously doesn’t mean anything anymore.

My first purchase; clothing for my granddaughter. I was delighted with the quality and fit. The style and colours were just like they were in the photos on line.
Ordering was easy and delivery was swift.
