Installed the Ahni wall sconces in our hallway last week and honestly they transformed the space. The glass texture is beautiful and the light feels warm and calming, not harsh at all. Once mounted, they feel solid and well made. Exactly the kind of quality we were hoping for.

Do not order here!

Made an order 10 weeks ago. After 5 weeks asked what the reason was for the delay, to which they answered that the package was on its way.
Asked for further updates and then a refund, without any response.

Appaers to be a scam!

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I have repeatedly requested to return a lamp, yet customer service continues to ignore every message and never answers the phone. This is unacceptable. The website claims that returns are free, but customers are the ones forced to pay—highly misleading besides that I am not able to get simple instructions on how return items

Still never received the light I ordered over 4 months ago, it’s been a disaster trying to get any kind of refund from this company. The lights are made and shipped from China despite them making it seem like they are “curated by artists.”

Customer service is honestly what keeps me coming back. I called twice before ordering, and both times someone actually answered and walked me through the options. Got tracking updates, everything came on time, and they even checked in after delivery to make sure it was all good. You don't see that often anymore.

I've ordered several lights from Wenche over the past year and they've all been consistent in quality. the metal finish doesn't scratch, the bulbs last forever, and the design always feels modern but timeless. Shipping takes a bit, but everything arrives packed like a museum piece. Worth the wait.

I've ordered the Ahni wall lamp multiple times now for different design projects, and every single client has loved it. The finish looks premium, the light quality is warm and flattering, and it installs easily. Wenche has become my go-to for reliable, stylish wall lights that actually impress people in person-not just in photos.

Did not deliver, horrible customer service. Called, no return call. Emailed and kept getting mixed messages back. Sometimes saying they would help, sometimes saying they wouldn't. Do NOT order from them.

Beautiful modern designs that fit my living room perfectly. The Ahni LED wall lamp creates a cozy atmosphere, and installation was straightforward. Customer service also followed up to confirm safe delivery, which I appreciated.

Light showed up (from china) and had pieces hanging off the led. There’s no mounting hardware that fits a standard bracket. It’s literally two holes with screws. Light wouldn’t turn on and the customer service is a nightmare. Don’t waste your money and time

These lights are GORGEOUS!!! I was honestly shocked when I opened the box—so much better in person. You can tell they’re not mass-produced junk, this is boutique-quality lighting. Super clean design, solid feel, and they instantly upgraded my space. Shipping was FAST too. I’ll be back for more 🔥🔥🔥

Purchased $911.62 of lights from them and received in a timely manner, however, they were plastic rather than glass as depicted. I requested a refund, and after many weeks of back and forth was finally granted the opportunity to return the items. I returned the items as described from the seller utilizing their return UPS label and received confirmation that they were received on January 16th. I have yet to receive a refund and no longer have the items, so at this point I only have a donation to the company. Making it worse, my CC has refused to credit the account as the seller reported that I did not return them in the appropriate timeline. Do not utilize this company.

The lamps are not quality I expected and the costumer service will not let me return the lamps.
Do not buy anything from Wenche.

ordered a month and a half ago. still nothing. they lied and said I gave them the incorrect shipping address which isn't true. customer service response is vague, untimely, and not easy to contact directly

Please do not support this company! Save yourself a lot of stress. If for any reason you need to return the product you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO. My electrician could not Install AC456 as it did not fit properly on our electrical box (too narrow) . It has now been over 2 months of back and forth and now they have completely stopped responding . They never answer or return calls and they will drag you along via email .. their website says “free returns” and “no questions asked”. That is a complete lie. You will never see your money again.

I ordered 4 fixtures in color temperature 2700K but only received 2 in color temperature 3000K. When I contact Wenche about this I get no answer, no return label, no invoice and no solution to this problem. Definitely not recommended !

This site is SCAMMY. I should have trusted my gut on this one, but alas the prices were too enticing. Here's the deal, They did actually deliver a real product - In my case the Ahni Light. However, I requested a custom dimmable version and I spoke with a customer service representative that reassured me that the light was rated IP65. This is important as I was going to install these lights in a shower.

The light that arrived is 100% NOT wet rated with holes and wires exposed, is extremely cheap in quality with thin wires and led strips, and the dimmer I paid $15 extra for is actually a remote control receiver that came with a remote that is entirely in Chinese and hardly dims the light at all.

The kicker is also that I left a review on their website and it has been deleted. I should have known that a site with 0 bad reviews is sketchy... Lesson learned. You get what you pay for... I am not even going to try to return these considering the other reviews here... I will find a different application for them in my home but I honestly may just toss them as they look REALLY cheap.

Received order but I am not satisfied with the product, website 100% satisfaction guaranteed or a full refund. Initially had sporadic engagement via email and now silence (support-at-wenche.co) and have attempted to call (1-323-207-6558) and it goes straight to busy signal.
