If I could give it Zero I would. It took us over 4 hours to get out of the Stratford Westfield Carpark after the athletics. We only went by car as my wife had sprained her ankle. A complete disgrace. Never again. No-one on site to assist. Complete chaos! DO NOT PARK THERE, unless you dont mind a very long wait to get out.

Wie kommen die dazu für die drei freien Stunden die App verpflichtend zu fordern und dann kreditkartendaten in der ParkApp zu verlangen?

Viel zu voll. Kaum Möglichkeit sich mal zu setzen um zu entspannen, fehlende Gastronomie. Extrem schlechte Luft, einige Geschäfte erinnern an eine Müllhalde. Klamotten auf dem Boden auf den Tischen alles durcheinander gewühlt, da kann man nur wieder rausgehen.
Ich würde nicht wieder reingehen.

Effondrement d un morceaux de 10m2 dû à un pilier qui cède..heureusement miracle pas de victimes.
Une cliente qui explique que nombreux piliers sont fendus et le parking en mauvais état..
Ben alors...ça interpelle pas les dirigeants de ce centre ??
Ça leur arrive pas d penser avoir fait vérification de sécurité des structures du parking ???

We had a day out in Westfield, it took three hours to get out of the car park, the surrounding road system is not up for the shopping centres popularity, we won’t be going again.

Da wohnt man nur 5 min weg und denkt man fährt mal zu rewe…. Rewe in Westfield ok, Parkmöglichkeiten gut ausgeschildert, aber keine Einkaufwagen in der Nähe! Also Kisten schleppen ist angesagt! Dann kauft man für 75€ ein ca 30 min und zahlt dann noch Parkhausgebühren von 3€ on Top. Das haette man anderst regeln können! War das letzte mal dort einkaufen!
Westfield an sich schön von ausen, aber sonst eher für Teenager 12-17

Wir haben heute das Westfield Einkaufszentrum besucht ohne große Erwartungen. Einige Läden wie Breuninger und Bershka gab als Store vorher in Hamburg nicht. Richtig toll hat uns aber der Stand Eaude17 gefallen. Ich liebe Parfums kann aber nicht alle tragen aufgrund meiner empfindlichen Haut. Bei dem Stand wurde ich nicht nur hervorragend beraten sondern durfte auch das fleißige Team kennenlernen. Ich habe die Vision verstanden. Hochwertige Duftöle made in Hamburg, das Tor zur Welt

Ewig im Stau gestanden, nur um kurz vorm Ziel festzustellen: Zufahrt zum Parkhaus gesperrt. Keine Info dazu online. Kommunikatives Totalversagen.

Also weiter weg geparkt und nach gut 25min Fußweg es dann doch noch ins Westfield geschafft.
Mein erster Eindruck: unterwältigend.

Ich mag da etwas verwöhnt sein durch Reisen in Länder mit Malls in der Größe von Flughäfen mit min. doppelt so breiten Gängen als im Westfield.
In Anbetracht der langen Bauzeit + diverse Verschiebungen sowie der sehr hohen Baukosten sind hohe Erwartungen entsprechend gerechtfertigt.

Das Design ist stellenweise gelungen, an manchen Stellen mir dann doch zu kahl, insbesondere bei den Stellen mit viel Beton. Mit mehr Variation durch Einsatz von Vegetation (auch an Wänden) sowie Elementen wie Holz und Marmor könnte man mehr rausholen.

Das es nur ein WC im aller hintersten Eck im untersten Untergeschoss gibt wirkt nicht gut durchdacht. In der Europa Passage ist das besser gelöst, zudem die WCs dort auch größer sind.

Insgesamt betrachte ich die Mall in der jetzigen Größe nicht als zukunftssicher, insbesondere mit Blick auf die baldige Eröffnung des Kreuzfahrtterminals, welches noch mehr Besucher in die engen Gänge spülen wird.

Garantieversprechen werden nicht eingehalten. Material hat keine UV Beständigkeit und Risse entstehen. Wird als Bedienfehler abgetan. Westfield - nie mehr!

Had a great experience purchasing today. It was very busy however a customer service agent I believe her name was Shaista helped direct me to the products I was looking for. She was very polite and regardless of the rush made it a priority to help me on the products I wanted. Found this experience lovely. She went out of her way to help me which I rarely experience in Zara stores to be honest. Friendly, kind and helpful.

Westfield Shepherd’s Bush staff are absolutely appalling and disgraceful. They seem to take pleasure in using unnecessary force, including physically touching, hurting, and throwing around young children. Their behavior is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

How can anyone feel safe in a place where security staff—who are supposed to protect—use their authority to harm minors? The treatment of young children in such a violent and inhumane way is beyond shocking. It’s disgusting and shameful that a place as prominent as Westfield allows such untrained, aggressive, and unprofessional individuals to represent them.

If you care about your safety or the safety of your children, I’d think twice about visiting Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. They clearly have no control over their staff and no regard for basic decency. Completely unacceptable.

It has been months now since I have noticed teens entering westfield shopping centre Stratford in roller skates in a high speed..Today a group of teens almost fell on me while I was entering the shopping centre. Not to mention I am pregnant and I got supper stressed while trying to protect myself... Law should consider thoroughly adjusting current legislation on how these incidents can be handled in order to avoid serious accidents and Westfield centre owners should support this unless they don't care about the health and safety of their customers while using their facilities to do their shopping

Last Saturday my girlfriend got robbed in H&M Westfield London.
A bit over £2,000 of stuff has been stolen and nobody cares. Not a consultant, not a manager, not even a security of H&M cared.
Westfield security have the same attitude, they just laughed and said it was OK and completely normal. Since when it's OK? What’s normal here?

I went shopping in Westfield used their car park paid and left as you would. A month later I have received a parking fine of over £100 for failing to pay to park. Trying to sort this out has been a nightmare going in circles trying to get the right person to speak to.

Kundenservice katastrophal. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Erst nach mehrfachen Erinnerungen erhält man schließlich pampige Antworten.

Andere Marken ersetzen defekte Artikel in der Garantiezeit. Bei Westfield erhält man Anweisungen, wie man den Artikel in Eigenleistung repariert. Erst nachdem ich anwaltliche Hilfe ins Spiel brachte, hat man sich schließlich durchringen können, den Stuhl zu reparieren. Nach drei Wochen erhalte ich den Stuhl total zerkratzt zurück.

Fazit: Das tue ich mir nicht noch einmal an. Beim nächsten Defekt werfe ich den Artikel weg und ersetze ihn durch eine andere Marke.

Charged twice for the same parking..paid at the machine in the complex , barrier didn't lift so l paid again thinking the first payment didn't go through.
These people are scum and won't refund me luckily the bank did when I put it down as fraud.

Took my daughters for ab9th birthday haircut and sales manager was exceptionally rude. He said the girls were not children, he did not have the time to speak to you, he did one of the girls then went for lunch for 1 hour before he came back to do the other girls. I dont want to talk to you...also they gave differing prices ...very bad service and not worth another trip
