IT problems always have a silver lining
I work for a large company and its refreshing to have the support of an IT team who treat the individual with value and respect. My experience has always been shaped by an expertise that resolves my problem and technical advisers that engage with me as a valued individual. This isn't a one off experience as the team members at Westgate make a technical problem an opportunity to engage with some really friendly people that will brighten the day. Great service

Really Impressed
I had a frustrating system access issue that I couldn't fix myself. I called up and the advisor Henry listened, asked me some very specific questions identified it, confirmed it back to me, and fixed it within 90 seconds. I was really impressed.
