We were seeking a spousal visa for my husband, with myself being a British Citizen. Friends had described the process as stressful and we anticipated a similar experience. Upon reviewing the process and documentation online, we realised it was not straightforward.
Our case required the compilation and accumulation of numerous documents, some of which necessitated overseas travel to obtain. Bethannie managed this effortlessly, demonstrating a clear understanding of what needed to be done.
Initially our caseworker was Faycal, who left Westkin early in our process and was replaced by Wale, who was equally helpful and easy to work with. Once all the engagement requirements were complete and Bethannie assumed responsibility, our experience became highly rewarding. Bethannie guided us through the process, with comprehensive and easily understandable explanations. She was exceptionally clear about the requirements, timelines, and potential outcomes. She transformed any stressful situation and made it seem like a walk in the park, and we always concluded our meetings feeling relaxed and reassured. Bethannie earned our trust from the outset with her open, confident and honest communication, which remained consistent throughout the process.
We always felt we were in the best and most capable hands and Bethannie exceeded our expectations. We paid an additional fee to expedite our visa, expecting it to take 30 business days. However, we received a successful outcome just 10 business days after biometrics. I firmly believe this was due to the meticulous manner in which Bethannie prepared our case and the professional submission letter she authored.

As a professional accustomed to writing reports and legal documents, I must say I could not have written the submission letter with the same level of professionalism and content as Bethannie did. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed and left in awe.

I could not have asked for better service than I received from Westkin . One of their staff spent a lot of time on the phone answering my questions even before I signed on as a client making an application for UK citizenship. My advisor was very experienced, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. If I had a query, she would pick up the phone or get back to me later that day. She really knew her Home Office, exactly what documents were needed, what types of professionals could act as guarantors (she gave me a fuller answer than I found on the internet myself), how to quickly access my land registry certificate, etc Her help took much of the stress and worry out of the application. I received citizenship within the time frame she had estimated, which ended up being about 4 months from the completion of the application. I would most certainly recommend Westkin.

I came to Westkin Associates to get legal advice about my British citizenship application relating to an issue on cross border/international workers. I had the pleasure to work with Andreea Florea, who gave me an initial one-hour in-person consultation. She was excellent, professional and extremely efficient. I had very few days to get the application submitted and Andreea was willing to meet me at 6pm on a Thursday for the initial consultation. I also appreciated that during my consultation, Andreea was flexible to answer all of my questions, including the review of my written application. This is not something that other firms were willing to do without charging the full application fee, and certainly not in the first consultation. I could tell she had a lot of experience and knowledge of the ways of working in the home office, which she was very generous to share. She was able to inform me on the likelihood of success of my application and gave me clear and practical advice on how to write a successful application, as she would do it herself for other clients. Her advice was so valuable to me that I wanted to have her check my final application before the submission. The firm had a separate fee to review documents sent via email, which was very reasonable, unlike other firms who were charging the full fee for the whole application processing.
