First time ordering, seemed to go easy. Little confusing at first to prices change from US to Can when viewing product. Hopng product ooks as good when arrives

Beautiful items great selection reasonable prices

Fake reviews and fake items on website! The sweaters are not as described, the animals are just printed not embroidered or popped out as shown on website. Very poor quality fabric one with fluffy polyester but the other sweater rough and scratchy fabric. Delivery took two weeks to arrive in a bag.

Easy to browse and decide

The website and choice of items are excellently presented. The final payment step appeared to be straight forward until I received an email stating the last step was incomplete. When I ck'd my CC the payment was applied. I hope the items will be sent and the order is now considered to be complete with full payment.

Love the styles! Sale prices were fantastic as I ordered Christmas Sale items. Only question I have is regarding the sizing chart. Not sure if I chose the correct size. Hoping so! I am a woman's size 12-14 so I ordered a Large. The models wearing the clothes looked very thin in the waist, so we will see if the items will fit.

You have a good variety of options to choose from. I’ll be ordering again in the future.

I can not speak to a person! Not sure what I ordered because email says things are in my cart but I thought I purchased 13 items.

TERRIBLE QUALITY! Nothing like the picture! The picture looks like a sweater but the actually material is cheap polyester. Way overpriced! I wouldn’t pay $5 for this shirt.

My MIL recieved her order from this company back in November. What arrived was a shoddy, cheap shocking garment , nothing like the picture. She asked for a full refund, but was denied. This company then asked for photographs which were duly sent. She spent over £50. They will not refund her money but offered her a £5 (10%) voucher. How's that for customer service. Never again. Dont be fooled.

Had difficulty with payment. Had to start again and foolishly thought what I had ordered sizewise would stand. No! They sent a SMALL size when I thought I had ordered 5X. No use to me, so requested refund. Not got anything yet although they have offered a 20% discount. They want goods returned to China at MY expense, even though I emailed them within 5 minutes of placing order advising them of the mistake which they said they would rectify, even though they didn’t.
