Inner tube arrived as promised and is of much higher quality than another I purchased from a large well know website which started cracking and perishing after a year. This seems much better.

Items just what I wanted.

I had originally emailed the supplier to get more info about a product, but still at the time of this review haven't had a response!!! However, I then tried a phone call and got straight through to a very helpful lady, who was able to answer my queries immediately??? Anyway, the items arrived and fitted my wheelbarrow perfectly, so 4 stars for that. One last comment, which I think someone else had made was that the couriers were a bit flakey!! I had a notification that I was the next delivery stop and I could see on the map that it was probably less than a mile.....about 3 hours later they arrived???

Hi William thank you for your review, I do sincerely apologise that you never received a response to your email, I have checked our system again and cannot find any messages from you. I have asked our IT department to look into this as we would hate any customer thinking we are ignoring them when this certainly isn't the case.
I am very glad you managed to speak with one of my colleagues and she managed to resolve your wheelbarrow issue.

not what it appears

The photo advertising the inner tubes show two tubes, which leads you to think there will be two when in fact there is one. I contacted the firm to ask for comment and they have not responded. Poor customer service. The item also comes in a plastic bag, being easily puncture in transit I dont think this is good enough
