Amazing experience, the staff is always friendly and they go out of there way to help me as much as possible.

Customer service is non existant. Didn't include half the order after inquiry via chat. Tried to cancel order 20 minutes after submittal and was told a $175.00 restocking fee would apply even the order didnt ship until 3 days later. Steer clear...

DO NOT ORDER FROM WHEELHERO.COM!! The site and their stock is not updated. I was sent the wrong tires and am currently in a PayPal claim just to return the tires. They refuse to send return information to give me a refund. They have been the worst customer service team I have ever worked with. Zero communcation, except for when they lie and say they are sending you a return label and never do. They will also lie and try to get you to close claims without a refund. SCAM.

They continue to lie.... they sent the WRONG tires. NO ONE "picked them up" STILL AWAITING REFUND.

Ordered a set of wheels December 5, installed them December 12. Installer found one wheel out of round. I emailed immediately, but stopped receiving replies. I called and emailed again many times before getting a return label mid-January. Then the replacement wheel was shipped to the wrong address (in another state!). By the time I got the replacement 2 full months had passed! Had a much better experience ordering for my other car at TireRack.com.

My Order was received in tack, however; I did not receive my wheel lock for the lugs.

When I receive my wheels and went to install them, one of my center caps were broken. I called the company and they ordered me a new center cap. It’s been a few days and I still hadn’t received so I had to call and do a follow up along with the complaint that I had a bad vibration from my tires. They suggested that I go get a rebalance And I had a compensation back of $100. When I took my truck wheels to get rebalance the balance was fine, but the tires are out of round. When I called the company back and advised them what I was told and the tire place did not charge me for a re-balance they told me to go somewhere else and try to get them balanced again which I don’t think should be my responsibility if I purchased something brand new. Going on over 10 days I still have not received my center cap and I still have out around tires that they are not willing to switch out. Love the wheels, but the tires are garbage.

The website says allow 5 days for processing and another 5-7 days for shipping. I received my order in 2 days. (I'm within the same state where their distribution center is located, your results may vary.) Very pleased with the service and the wheels. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a set of wheel at the beginning of January, got updates for about a week and it has been radio silence for past 12 days.

I have called, chatted and texted since Dec 6th (one week) to buy a set a specialty wheels and rims. Crazy that I have to beg them to be my vendor when I am looking to spend upwards to $4K. I wonder about the others that are spending less or already spent and can't get the service they are promised?!

Customer Service was helpful and my questions were answered thank you! Review upgraded. This company is legit and they do answer.

I live in Nashville Tn, I ordered the AT1913 destiny gloss black milled by American Truxx from wheel hero, they are 22x12 with 8x170 lug pattern for my lifted F350. The process was smooth, I entered all my information about my truck and the website guaranteed they would fit. When I received them the pictures on the website didn’t do it justice. The rims were beautiful!!!!, I received them in less than a week after ordering them. The salesman I spoke to on the phone was well versed and knowledgeable in not only the different rims but also in vehicles and fitment. My wife and I own a contracting business and we have 5 work trucks, we will definitely be using wheel hero for them, we will also recommend wheel hero to everyone, I want to also mention the price for the rims were $500 less per set than competitors. Definitely order from wheel hero if you want quality wheels and tires at a competitive price!!

Sold me 4 year old tires. I was looking for 20" rims and tires and the website switched to 22" and I did not notice and got 22" sets.They did not seem to care when I brought it to their attention.

Was not satisfied the least. I'm telling him what was wrong with my order and he's trying to tell me something different. Their Customer service manager who's name starts with S and rhymes with EVEN must be the owners son because the attitude and entitlement I got from his replies are beyond how a customer should be treated.

I had some wheels in my cart and was considering making a purchase. Being my purchase is over $3k I decided to do my homework and check these guys out. On their about us page they claim to have a 50,000 square foot location and show an image of a huge building. They also claim to be in business since 1992 but the domain was registered in 2013. When I google the address on their footer it's a much smaller location (don't take my word just google it). It's impossible these guys stock all these wheels out of this super small warehouse, this is nothing but a drop shipping operation. I'll stick to TireRack, they're only $38 more but at least I know I'm buying from a reputable company that actually stocks wheels and doesn't drop ship and lie about who they really area.

Biggest SCAM ever!! Do not purchase from these guys. They sent me the incorrect rim after confirming the correct rim i needed with a agent. Gave them the year make and model a d they sent the incorrect one. I didnt realize it was incorrect til after i paid a tire shop to put a tire on and when i tried to put it on the car it didnt fit. Had to pay againto get the tire off and when i spoke to a agent they apologized and assured me ill get a refund when i send it back. I sent it back and now the customer service agent over email is telling me they cant send a refund due to some sort of damage to the rim… whats that got to do with me if the post office or tire shop scratched up the rim haha.. thats insaaaaane these guys are a joke! They robbed me from a item and for my money haha..
