Exactly as described and easy to assemble.

Delivery on time and the 5 bin storage unit easy to build and very solid.

Brilliant product, excellent customer service. Would very happily recommend your company

Good Company to deal with. Ordered on 14th Feb and delivered via Pallet on 26th Feb. The product is well made and easy enough to construct and handle ( The Pallet weighed more than the bin!)
The one problem I had was nothing to do with the manufacture. We had the drive relaid recently and an area was identified for the Bin Storage. The drive had a slope built in and the Wheelie bin storage box must be on a level surface! After the third day working on ‘adjustments’ a neighbour asked if the bin storage was very complicated to put together! No fault of the product. I read a review where the weight of the lids impacted on his Wife using the facility. I would echo that - I believe he was investigating gas struts. The bins used by my Local Council do not have external handles but are more finger mouldings in the lids so the chain system doesn’t really work, running the chains under the lids hinder the lid closing completely
I have been asked for the website of the company by neighbours. All in all a good product

Lovely bin store and easy to construct. Great service too. Many thanks

Excellent quality well made product. Delivery was straightforward and construction was simple when following the instructions. Would recommend this product and supplier to anyone looking to put their bins out of sight snd enhance the look of their property.

Dodgy pricing going on, their 'sale' prices say down from xxx when the price has't ever been that high, pretty sure it has to have been on sale for that amount to claim that. Local trading standards contacted, was about to order from here but they're now £100 more than when I looked last week, even on sale!

Good quality storage bin with efficient delivery service.

I was looking for a double bin store. I noticed they had one on sale for £399, down from £450. When I came back a few days later to purchase they had changed their advertising to say it was on sale at £499 down from £550.

I’m pretty sure this is illegal.

Deliverd on time, Driver very helpful, easy instructions to follow on assembly, I assembled on a slight slop, so needed tobe aware of needing packings to level up,
unit is in position and working fine.

Quality, well constructed, very pleasing on your eye.
Well worth the money.
Delivery and contact with seller excellent.

Easy to assemble and a missing part was dispatched promptly.
Make sure you get the base level and square.

Kit was good, only issue was during the storms the lids were blown up and broke the hinges, I have now put latches on the lids to hold closed, they work fine, would recommend this retrofit if like us you live in a valley or similar where you get a lot of gusty wind

Resealably easy for the novice to assemble, though diagrams could be a bit bigger and some the wording next to said diagrams too.

Easy to assemble excellent quality wood bought to upgrade my old bin store that lasted 2 years and fell apart. Pleased with purchase

I recently purchased a wheelie bin store from Wheelie Bin Storage Direct and overall, I’m quite pleased. The ordering and delivery process was straightforward, and the product arrived well-packed and on time. The store itself is robust, looks great in the garden, and is of good quality, which I really appreciate. However, the assembly instructions could be clearer, as they made construction more time-consuming than expected. Despite that, the final result is worth it, and it's great to have a UK-made product. A solid 4 stars from me!

I have yet to construct my 4 bin storage but it looks sturdy and well made in its flat pack state.
It took a while to reach me on Mull but Wheelie Bin Storage were very helpful in tracking the delivery - also on the measurements at the initial order stage.
