Hey Jose! Thanks so much for the feedback. You captured what we're all about. The greatest joy for us comes from folks like yourself who maybe buy it for the novelty and get a wee surprise at the quality. Means even more when it comes from folks who don't normally gravitate to whisky! We'd love to know what you normally drink, is it clear spirits?
Andy gravitates more to spirit-led whiskies (reflected in the lab) - where the distillery distillate drives the flavour profile. As opposed to "wood flavoured" whiskies, where the cask influence is the dominant force.

Quality single casks aren't cheap I'm afraid nor is the whole handcrafting a custom blend by the bottle, however, by supporting us you're helping to keep the whole project alive and when enough people start blending their own whisky with us you will start to see the reduced operating costs reflected in the price!

Bought a small bottle for a valentine's gift. I went for the small bottle in case it wasn't nice but omg it's delicious, wish I'd gotten myself a bottle! My partner was very happy with it. The website is easy to use and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future
