We have recently completed a claim and were paid roughly what we expected so we are happy. We received a personal email afterwards saying how they hope our cat is now ok. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that you can't ring W & W. Our vet and myself tried to get pre authorisation for an expensive X ray but couldn't get a quick enough response.

Could not recommend enough. You hear horror stories about pet insurance and expect the worst but our experience with whistle and wag has proven us wrong. Very smooth claim process, always made it very clear on what’s included and what isn’t, and always paid out in full on time. My dog is an older dog and we’re so very lucky we insured him with whistle and wag a few years ago as once he started having health issues we’ve had nothing but support from whistle and wag. We were worried about renewal price considering we had to make a couple claims in the year previous but price stayed pretty much the same (despite the fact he’s almost 15!!). Highly recommended

Quick and easy way to submit a claim and dealt with between vet and insurers after initial claim. A couple of weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended pet insurer.

company very easy to deal with. Sent copies of invoices, they sent link for vets to complete form, claim was settled within two weeks.

Communication is really good, claims are resolved quickly and their expectations regarding proof of purchase etc. are very sensible and reasonable. I have been unfortunate enough to have lost two pets in the last year, but I can honestly say Whistle and Wag were nothing but helpful.
