A Quick stressless free service
A Quick stressless free service . The surveyor called and went through a brief account of his findings, and gave me relevant information that I might want to act upon.

Easy, Good Value and Stress Free
Firstly I loved that I could get a quote online easily with no pressure on if I went forward with the quote. I was able to compare services on their website and then also with others.
The price offered was fantastic and I love that they have taken the cost of living into account. It was also the price I paid, there were no hidden extras or fees.
It was easy to book online and I appreciate the option to call if I wanted to. I was able to book it all and get across everything I needed to quickly and easily.
The terms and conditions were all clear and given to me to ensure I was happy with everything before committing, and I received copies for my own records which was helpful.
I was kept well informed throughout, such as being told when the visit was scheduled for, that it took place and when the report was available.
The report was made available within the timescales that they told me, and it was the standard report template used.
I've also had communications afterwards so I am able to ask any questions I need to which I also appreciate.
Overall, a very pleasant experience, quick and easy to book and go through it all, excellent communication all for a fantastic price.
I definitely recommend them and will be using again in the future should the need arise.

The survey report is easy to understand, particularly as we have had one done before by this company. It covers the vital issues, and a phone call in advance of reading it, is very helpful.

Comparing the review
Comparing the review to the one we had done in Scotland for the sale of our house there was no comparison. If you cannot inspect because there was something stored surely you ask for it to be removed, there were so many aspects of the survey that were not answered clearly, maybe I expected the survey to be the same as it is in Scotland.

The Scottish report is very different to the Level 2 and Level 3 reports and the legislation is also different in Scotland which does mean it contents different information unfortunately.
We do always ask for full access when inspecting a property but sadly this sometimes isn't possible due to tenants, vendors or agents.

Full marks to surveyor but Administration "could do better".
A little dissapointed that the moment my fee was paid, the survey date jumped from 28th Aug to 15th September and my subsequent email went unanswered.
However the survey went ahead on the 15th September and I received the promised phone report that afternoon and full report a short while later.

Thank you for your review and feedback on our services. We are sorry that you were disappointed with our availability and booking systems. We operate a live booking system with all team members having access to it, and this does mean that availability can change quickly depending upon bookings, surveyor leave and other factors.
We do always try to pull forward appointments to earliest possible available date but we are also dependent upon access to a property by estate agents, vendors and tenants as well which can in some cases causes a frustrating delay.
We are glad that you were happy with your surveyor though and their feedback.

That the level report 3 is not worth it
The company was great. The professionalism was evident. They contacted me every step of the way and the best thing was that the surveyor also called me on the day to brief me before the report. All in all a great experience. However, I ordered a lever 3 report and it turned out it was not worth the expense as it was full of legal jargon to cover the company and less of useful information about the property...
