I bought a coat at the beginning of December and I still haven't received it. I can no longer contact them to get an update on my coat; the website and email are down, so I can only conclude that I've lost my money just before Christmas!

Site is shut down now so this is moot, but just joining the chorus to emphatically reinforce that this was a scam "retailer."

I have to assume that White Mountain Supply is not a legitimate company. I ordered ski goggles on December 14, 2025, and received an e-mail that very same day that the item had been shipped. The payment also hit my credit card the same day. I have sent eight e-mails in eleven days to the company, and have not received any kind of response. In doing a little research, it appears I am not the first that have been scammed by this company. Hope this e-mail helps others not to place an order with the company . . . they are definitely not real, but they are good at taking your money.

Its a fraud!

I don’t even think this company is real. I ordered ski pants from them a month ago and they gave me a fake tracking number. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Thankfully my bank refunded me. Don’t waste your money, it’s clearly a scam.

Zero stars! Scam site!! No customer service. Bogus tracking numbers and nothing was received! Contacting my bank to report immediately. Do not order from this site.

This company is a fake, complete scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. CONTACT YOUT CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY AND CANCEL. 100 % FAKE.

I ordered from this company Dec 6th 2026 and paid for parcel protection if it got lost. Never received the item and emailed the company multiple times with no response.

So the lesson here is if it looks too good to be true, it is.
I was shopping for a new Snowboard Jacket and found this site while scrolling on my phone, I sadly did not give the site the attention I should have, nor did I do what I normally do which is research any new sites I buy from. Had I have done that I would have seen all the reviews warning me.

Anyhow I placed an order, paid with a credit card using ApplyPay, I got the order confirmation and then a despatch notice on 9th December) so I did not pay any further attention to this until now. It's been 2 weeks with no update and so I did some research and found all this info about the site being a scam. Like many others I got the shipping confirmation from m.17track.com. They're mildly clever (I mean they got me) because whereas 17track.net is a legitimate tracking site but it's often used by online scammers, leading to confusion and fake tracking updates that make the platform seem fraudulent. The fact it has the "m" in it is another clear flag I failed to spot.

Anyhow, disputed with my CC provider who are now re-imbursing me, but avoid this site like the plague!!

The website says they have over 20k reviews and 5 stars on trust pilot. Not sure where that's from but that seems like a red flag.

It is a total scam, and it will give you an AI tracking number that the status will never update. I repeat, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a complete scam through and through.

Not even one star. It’s been almost a month since I placed the order and two days after they said the order was shipped. Their tracking never works. After sending many emails and getting word salad from them I got a tracking from China. This is like Temu outlet selling ski gear with a different name. They say they are in the USA in Northeast but I don’t believe that. They need to be shut down. Never buy from them. SCAM

IT IS FAKE AND A SCAM. Please do not order. Their support address points to a random home in England. All of their social media has been started and in the last month. There are tons of fake AI accounts/reviews on Facebook. All of the people commenting good things have basically the exact same review and its so obviously AI-written. Look at all the accounts that left reviews ... all fake accounts with weird AI posts. They are not real people. This is a scam website using AI to make it look real and produce reviews online. Buffalo News did an article on them, look up fake AI shopping sites wkbw.com

Beware: this looks like a scam website. Prices are 10X lower. No reviews. The banner state "10.000 customers". It is using a name very similar to legitimate companies.

Has anyone purchased Montec off this company ? Prices seem too good to be true and don’t want to be scammed again ? Many thx
