White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

They like to censor your reviews unless …
They like to censor your reviews unless you give them 5 stars. I am giving them three due to the amount of time and effort you have to got to in order to be prescribed any weak opiod, not only do you have to fill in a very comprehensive and lengthy questionnaire online, they also want to phone you to complete a telephone questionnaire as well. I have been a good customer of theirs but now it is too lengthy and time consuming to deal with them. This is my opinion, and I am entitled to it. No wonder you only have 5 star reviews if you get trustpilot to delete any ones you don't like. In response to your reply, i don't have a trustpilot account of my own so am posting my review under my wife's name. This doesn't change the facts of what i am actually saying in my review. Also no mention of doing a skype call was mentioned in any previous emails.

Thank you for sharing your opinion on TrustPilot. We welcome all reviews, of course we love to get 5 stars but anything less gives us an opportunity to improve which is great too! The reason we removed your last post is not because it was less than 5 stars, it was because the order number you provided was not one we recognised and therefore you were classed as 'an unverified user'. I also note that the email address and name provided, and have also been used for this review, is not on our database. It has taken Ruth considerable time and effort to discover who you actually are so that we can look into your case and give a suitable response. Naturally we will not remove this review as we can see that you have a link to a customer of ours although we could, as you are still technically an unverified user.
As written in length on our website, the CQC website and TrustPilot, after an inspection by the CQC in January we were asked to take steps to improve our identity verification methods. To address this we decided to have telephone call with each patient , from this we can at least establish the gender and condition/treatment knowledge of the patient as well as forming a much better relationship with them. From your records, I note that you said that due to a speech impediment, you could not engage in a phone call so we offered you a Skype call. I realise that if the impediment is severe that this may not have been ideal but it does allow us to confirm your gender. I note that you did not reply to this suggestion.
I note that all correspondence between us has been about establishing an identity, and taking into consideration how difficult it has been just to fathom who you are in order to respond to this review, I believe that introducing telephone consultation has served it's purpose.
If you would like to discuss this further please contact us, although I will insist that you use a name and email address which belongs to an existing patient.

It took me a while to follow the changes on the website but by corresponding with Whites pharmacy for guidance I eventually was able to place my order. As regards filling out the consultation form I understand that whites pharmacy have to be thorough before despatching an order. Delivery was very prompt. I am a satisfied customer.

It's always a good idea for both new and existing patients to check their emails regularly on the day that they place an order - just in case we send any emails asking for further information. Whites pharmacy are a great service. With the state that the nhs is in today. Total mess with people having to wait periods of up to 3&4 weeks at a time to even get an appointment to see a doctor. Whites pharmacy has bee a god send to me and im sure a lot of other people too. Peter dawson.

Excellent service in every sense, importantly totally trustworthy.
Excellent service. Honest, trustworthy, thorough and professional from start to finish. The process may take a little longer than some but this is necessary and you end up with the medication you require along with excellent advice and possible future alternatives for the future. The extra time in the process is made up by fast and reliable delivery. My advice would be use White Pharmacy and don't risk scam websites that rip you off.

Couldn't be happier with White Pharmacy. I needed a little help because I'm inept with my mobile device and the lady on reception was an absolute star. I was kept informed at all stages, parcel sent securely and tracked, and even the delivery driver was lovely! I received my items the day after ordering.
