Orders never arrive
As many of the other reviews suggest, I find this company’s service quite concerning.
This is the second order I have attempted to place, and once again, I have received no updates regarding its progress. When I contacted customer service, I was told they would need to check with the warehouse and would call me back. I never received a call back.
I did eventually receive a refund for my first order, but the amount of time wasted waiting for stock that I needed was extremely frustrating. The fact that I have now experienced the same issue twice is very concerning.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Spirometer took longer to be delivered…
Spirometer took longer to be delivered than we were first told. Disposable Mouth Pieces for Peak Flow do not fit and have emailed to let you know but not had a reply and also have called your office and asked for a call back to discuss

Do not order from this company it’s a scam. Ordered acupuncture needles at the beginning of May, it’s now end of July and I still haven’t received. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Avoid at all costs.

We have not received our order
We have not received our order. We have emailed them 2 times and called two times. The tracking says awaiting information. I will now put in a dispute with our bank and order from elsewhere. I wish I had read reviews first as this is clearly a issue with this supplier and I wont be using them again.
