Highly recommended for business
This is a great telephone conference service for business. We sometimes need to arrange a short notice discussion with a number of parties who may not be in front of a computer. This is easy to use and the call quality is first class. The premium service that enables company branding is recommended.

This was the first time I had used this,and as I was having internet issues I was able to use it to teach some volunteers for the helpline I volunteer for.
Clear line ,easy to use,and free what more could you ask.

A WHYPAY new customer - delighted with the WHYPAY option
A WHYPAY? user explained to me that WHYPAY? was an ideal solution to my problem of needing to speak to my Committee of volunteers - since Covid Restrictions, we haven't been able to meet face to face. Emails without responses are disheartening. What a difference to be able to speak to people!

I needed to set up a conference call in a hurry
I needed to set up a conference call in a hurry. WhyPay came up in searches for a suitable free service. The TrustPilot ratings were favourable. I signed up and immediately set about my conference call. It was obvious how to use the basic service and the conference call was a success. Now I wait to see my next telephone bill from my usual provider - I expect it to simply reflect my usual charge for time on a call; I have given four stars on the assumption that this is so. In time I might even promote my rating to five stars. This seems to be an excellent service.

Thank you very much for your Trustpilot review of our service back in December - we hope that you have now confirmed that the calls were either included in your bundle (if you have one) or alternatively were charged at your standard landline rate? Only under Ofcom regulations 03 numbers must be treated (and charged) by your network provider exactly the same as landline numbers, which is why our service is effectively free to use if you have bundled minutes.
