A Valuable & Worthwhile Resource
This is an excellent service through which elderly church members who don’t own a computer can keep in touch on Sunday mornings. I have already used it twice and intend to use it every Sunday during the next few weeks/months.
It’s completely free! It’s also hastle free, computer free and easy to use. I gladly and highly recommend WhyPay.

The service is expensive for an hour usage, the charges was £26, when I thought that this was a free service.

If you have been charged by your phone company, please contact us and we will investigate for you. We have heard of a recent case of a major UK landline provider charging completely erroneously for a call to our service (and then apologising for the "glitch" to our customer).
Under Ofcom regulations, calls to our 03 number MUST be included in any bundled minutes you have available in your contract (from landline or mobile) or charged at standard rate - the same as calls to 01 or 02 numbers - if you don't have network bundled minutes.

A friend introduced me to why pay few years ago and oh what a blessing you have been. We use your service to gather for prayer. It has being incredible during the lockdown as many people are able to join us in prayer. Many have been comforted, build up, and connected through your free service. God bless your service and enlarge you above and beyond your expectations. My only issue is the beep when people join later, if there is any advise but other than that, you are doing fantastic job.

The best free conference call platform
Been using WHYPAY for a good few years now. Such a great product. Never had an issue with them at all and the functionality even on the free version provides great value :)

We plan to use it regularly during these difficult times as the VI don't have to travel and don't have to worry about social distancing!

We're currently working on ways to improve the dial-in process for people with visual impairments, but if you haven't already found the information on our quick dial links, this may be of help for now. If your callers are using smartphones, they will be able to join the conference call from a single tap (or perhaps add the full quick dial link to a phone contact and even use Siri or a similar voice assistant to join the call simply by saying "WHYPAY" or whatever voice command they choose).

A very useful and functional…
A very useful and functional alternative to video conferencing, which suits us due to the fact that a significant proportion of our group is not comfortable with new audio-visual technology. The system is very easy to use, and the voice quality very good.

Very many thanks Janice. Your point about sharing the dial in details is interesting. We could add fields to capture a mobile number for your participants to share the details via text message, but there may be additional privacy concerns about providing your guests' mobile numbers to do so.
