Wickfree Candles - Scentsy  Avaliações

This is the best fragrance ever, smells delicious and lasts long, just bought my 2nd order, many more to come

Perfect customer service and products! Thank you!

Alexandra is great, my order was dispatched without delay and arrived in perfect condition.

Absolutely thrilled with my black Friday deals from Alexandra and Scott, Scentsy team. Very efficient and so helpful. Added bonus is the new burners I received for Christmas gifts, are so beautiful and new scentsy blocks smell devine. Thrilled to have found a new supplier, who ships to Ireland too and within days. 🥰

Searching high and low for the Scentsy Jack Skellington Pumpkin King warmer, I came across Alexandra Wickfree's official webshop. Alexandra's friendly demeanor and willingness to ship within the EU make her a trustworthy Scentsy SuperStar Director!

There is such a large range of scents to choose from. I have tried other wax melts and these are the best by far. Long lasting and have strong aroma’s. Arrive well packaged. I have never had any problems with orders and deliveries.

Mum rang me to say her package arrived in very good condition. Everything in it was carefully wrapped. She was delighted with that "birthday surprise parcel".

Thank you very much for providing such a good service.

I placed my Scentsy order online with Alexandra and received it very quickly. Alexandra was very helpful when I had a problem with my bank's verification process, during the payment process and she was good enough to check with me afterwards that it had been successfully resolved. I've ordered several times through Alexandra's website and have always had great service and as usual, I'm delighted with my order!

Prompt service and my parcel arrived safely.
The most beautiful scents and I received a free air freshener with my order. Thank you, I will most certainly order from here again.

Really beautiful and so much safer that candles

I've ordered several items from Alexandra, she is very effecient, friendly and responds quickly to any of my queries. I'm very happy with her service and I'll continue to order all my scentsy of her.

Had some trouble ordering on the website but I was able to contact this company very easily and they went above and beyond to make sure I got my products! It was Alexandria I dealt with and she was so kind and helpful! If I could give this 10 stars I would!! And to top it all off the products are AMAZING!!! I tried other wax melts while I was waiting for my order and everyone who came to the house agreed they couldn’t compare! The smell is so strong and they last for ages! Never using any other wax melts again! 10/10

Really delighted with my Scentsy fragrances. Arrived very promptly. They smell wonderful. Great products. Highly recommend

Ah, you've gotta experience this personal service yourselves to believe me. There is nothing better than ordering items you love and feeling the love from a business like this. Not only is Alexandra on point with her timely email responses but it feels like you've known her for years! She also remembers to drop you an email to check you are happy and in receipt of the delivery. I mean for me it's always been the little touches that'll bring me back and these guys are truly a pleasure to engage with.
