The product I bought was great but I wasn’t told about the £47.00 import tax I had to pay on delivery

Lovely boots, though a little smaller on the calf than I measured for on the site which is a little annoying as that was literally the point.

Would suggest anyone from the UK reconsider the purchase - I thought the delivery cost would be around 20%(this has been very typical of other EU based purchases I've made in the past year) but on a £220.87 purchase (boots, leather spray + stretcher to hold shape) I was charged £99.32 for delivery.
Great boots, but for £300+ I could have probably got something better somewhere local. The site is clear you'll have to pay an extra cost but there's zero transparency around approx costs which I think is actually really poor on their part.

Super company to deal with and the boots are absolutely gorgeous, excellent quality and are exactly as described on the website. I’m delighted I found this company as I have had years of difficultly getting boots that fit my calves so I will most certainly be back to purchase from here again. Also boots arrived a week earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise. In summary I would have no hesitation in recommending you to buy from here. Happy shopping 😊

I have refused delivery of the boots - at no point was I advised that I would have a man on my door from UPS demanding £68 to deliver the boots I am not handing over cash to a total stranger no matter how good the boots may have been ( he says they are UPS costs) . I have paid delivery charge when ordering, I feel totally mislead. Buyers from UK beware!!

Good quality boots . ordered navy and cognac and colour is true to on-line pictures . Key concern is on arrival import taxes then requested on delivery making boots cost £70 more

Wonderful boots but a pain importing them, it would normally be fine except UPS took the import tax out of my account four times. This is a stressful situation especially when I am sat at home ill with covid, goodness knows if I will ever get the money back. Will never use a company that delivers with UPS again. Boots lovely.

Lovely boots, usually have to try for calf width, ordered these, fit is fabulous.

These were very well made boots and generous enough round the top but I had to return because the ankle was so narrow, out of sync with the top. There is good information about the size of the top of the boot and foot size but I couldn't find anything about ankle size. Loving the style I ordered them. Sad.

I love my new boots finally I have a pair of boots that fit my large calves and they were so easy to order. Service was excellent and very good communication and delivery. Would buy again

Great experience with the Etrias Wide Calf Boot Store. I ordered a succession of four pairs of wide calf boots, two from the Wide Calf Boot Store and two from a different retailer. By the time I reached the final pair I knew exactly what I needed and also knew that the Etrias boots would be better quality and more comfortable. I've now worn my boots three times and I've very satisfied. I might need to stretch out the center portion of the calf slightly for maximum comfort (this seems easy enough to do following instructions I found online) but even without that the boots are comfortable, fit well and look good. The customer service is also great...the very first pair I ordered were misdelivered so I never got them, and Etrias immediately refunded me. Returning the replacement order (as I worked out what size and style I wanted) was also easy.

Never heard of Etrias who I ordered through before but I'd use again. Shipping and delivery were fast even though from NL! DPD got them here in 3 days.
Boots fitted- 4th attempt after fails from UK chains- NEXT, Barbour, M and S- all didn't fit even though I'm a size 10! Used the calf calculator and then searched to finf my perfect boots! Highly recommended.

They delivered my boots very quickly in just 2 days. Unfortunately they were quite big, so i had to return it and they refunded me very quickly. I’m happy to make another purchase next time.

No complaints about the service or experience, despite an initial hiccup when courier decided to return my order for no reason what so ever???
However a quick phone call to the store and it was quickly resolved and my order arrived the same week.

So I measured my calves carefully and my husband checked them. I was very excited about these boots as they were a 50th birthday present. So when they arrived I was totally disappointed that they didnt even go anywhere near my calves. Your measuring calculator is completely out. I then had to drive a 10 mile round trip to return these using DPD.Very disappointed!
